They did an inspection on the air conditioning unit on the roof and then said they would need to get parts and that they would have to come back. Next day I got a call in the morning asking if they could stop by. They said they had the parts needed to do the repairs and that they only had a few appointments before me. These guys have That old school work ethic. Well being polite and friendly they are focused on getting the job done and making it to the next customer. Beware! If you value your time and money do not call this company…read more Going on 2 years of a failed product and ABSOLUTELY NO support or effort in trying to make things right. The company is no longer a small town business. With that must've went the integrity, honesty, knowledge of the product they sell and install. It was unfortunate to deal with Mark as he was transitioning out of the company. He sold us a mini split and pushed the extended warranty regularly while it wasn't working properly. He even coerced the business next door to let him enter my business without my knowledge or permission instead of calling me. If I'm lucky the unit will run for a few days and as often as I called in, they could only suggested buying the extended warranty because they have no clue. Once the warranty ran out I started paying for the experimental education for their technicians and regional rep. I believe his name is John. John had some ideas and tests that so far have proven to be useless other getting a paycheck from me. He has left his "temporary" thermostat hardwired wired, hanging down the wall and simply resting on top of my son's arcade console. LG training for the win. Unit was installed February 2024. September 2025 is the last time I've heard from them. This company has done everything possible to fall short of any reasonable, respectable solutions or answers for a product they sell and install. The quality of work provided is subpar to anyone's standards. They sold me a faulty product and failed to take accountability. Nothing but issues and incomplete work since day one. *Dave is a great gentleman who was respectful and honest, while understanding where his paycheck comes from it was evident in his and the office ladies demeanor on how sad a company could treat a customer.

The technician said that our A/C was old and would need replacing soon. It's only 7 years old and is still under warranty! So, we are already not happy with the tech trying to get us to buy a new unit. Then, we got a call from the scheduler in the office who said we needed to have the coils cleaned. My husband said we just had the tech here and he did it. She replied that it wasn't a deep coil cleaning, just a light cleaning. My husband told her that the tech didn't mention anything about a deep coil cleaning and that we're done with Ambisn't/Fayette. We feel like the tech and the office staff were dishonest. The tech either didn't clean the coils like he was supposed to or the company just wanted to charge for another visit.
