Van Rooy plumbing has been and always will be the only plumbing company I will use in Lake Havasu. They have done so much at my home not only in repairs but in a remodel. The go ahead order was in April 2023. We did not get revised estimate until May. Then blame assigned to county again for delay on getting percolation test. Finally, a perc. test was done. Then revised plan needed approval again. Permit granted by county on June 27th, but tank not set until July 27. Then rest of work did not commence until late August after a series of excuses. The worst of it was the tone of the email: "Exciting news. We started the project today. We are anticipating inspection Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. As long as everything continues to go smoothly we do not see any reason why it will not be ready for Labor Day Weekend for you to enjoy." I almost barfed. "Exciting News"?? Excuse me this work was indeed promised to be completed a long time ago, and you want me to be excited at your delays and excuses? Yeah not so much.
