It traces its heritage back to the mid 1870s when Joseph Steffens was the owner. Joseph lived at the corner of 16th an H. In the mansion that he would sell to the State to become the Governors Mansion. I have been very happy with their service for the last 45 years. Great and knowledgeable staff. Primarily dealing with professional painters, but helpful to the average Joe.
