Contacted the owner himself who came to my home who looks at the house and tries to tell me its just dirty and I need a power wash. I showed him photos from other points of views with high def cameras on HD zoom and he still proceeds to tell me its dirt and that I basically am seeing things. Expressed to him how all i needed was a touchup considering we hired them to paint a house that was well over 2400 sqft with a warranty to which he basically said no, and would charge regular price for a power wash and touchup, but hed take good care of me. Complete used car salesman vibe completed at this point. This warranty isnt worth its weight in toilet paper at this point. Photos attached, you tell me if this looks like natural fading or paint failure. Jeff Pecka, the owner, communicated with us by text and email to keep us informed of their progress in a timely manner. The process was seamless and painless and they got the job done within a week of the HOA approval. I especially like the front door that his dad painted (it's a family affair) because I used harsh cleaning chemicals on it in error during COVID.
