Expressed to him how all i needed was a touchup considering we hired them to paint a house that was well over 2400 sqft with a warranty to which he basically said no, and would charge regular price for a power wash and touchup, but hed take good care of me. Complete used car salesman vibe completed at this point. This warranty isnt worth its weight in toilet paper at this point. Photos attached, you tell me if this looks like natural fading or paint failure. Hired another paint company to do the touchups who agreed that they could even see where their brushes were weak or where the paint didnt adhere. Mark did an amazing job on the door, making multiple trips to the paint store to get the color exactly right. He took his time on the door and fully prepped it before painting. The door looks amazing and I smile every time I drive up and see it. I own rental property and have had lots of experience with painters much of it disappointing. Jeff Pecka, the owner, communicated with us by text and email to keep us informed of their progress in a timely manner. The process was seamless and painless and they got the job done within a week of the HOA approval. I especially like the front door that his dad painted (it's a family affair) because I used harsh cleaning chemicals on it in error during COVID. It looks better than when we moved in as the original owners. Thank you, Jeff! Even my dog likes them. They are dog people. He also took that ugly TV Dish thing to the dump for me.
