Had to call main customer service line only to then be routed to my agent for them to still not answer and finally get to talk to someone. Other agency I'm switching to (Phelps) has someone that answers on the first ring, asked what I needed and then transferred me and that person answered as well! Problem is they cannot transfer my policy and so I still have to go through Johnson to try and get changes made and it transferred. Now I'm having to waste half my day going up there in person. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this office.
