They scam people by sending a flyer out includes a game. The game shows that you won $5000 so they say to get your prize you have to come in to their show room which is actually a tent set up in Lady Lake, FL. You go there and they explain that you were "mistaken" - you actually only won a key chain or some worthless cr*p. This is the worst kind of scam that preys on poor people. This dealer is really despicable. I would never buy there and I will tell everyone I know in the Orlando area that these people are despicable scammers, so never trust them to sell you a car. To make things even worse they use Hasbro's Monopoly Game - no doubt without permission - to give their ripoff game more respectability.

I looked online for a car over a month and finally settled on a 2020 Genesis for 28 grand. I flew into Orlando to pick it up and when I arrived at this location (I will not call it a dealership because they don't deserve the distinction) they acted as if I was an illegal alien just in from outer space. Their other location had not informed them of the sale. Luckily in the car was there however it was in sad shape. They actually asked me if I wanted them to clean it up! Needless to say, I will never use them to purchase a car again and neither should you.

I purchased a truck from this dealership. Valentina was very helpful. she got my insurance setup & made sure the car was cleaned. I appreciate all the help def ask for Valentina When you get there!!

This was his first major purchase, and we were assured by the dealership that the truck was in mint condition, fully inspected, and had no issues. However, shortly after the purchase, the truck developed serious transmission problems. It ultimately required a full transmission replacement. Thankfully, we did purchase a warranty, but even that has turned into another issue. The warranty company is not covering the full cost, and the dealership has refused to step in and cover the remaining balance. Their reasoning was that the repair shop was charging too much--but that leaves us stuck paying for a major repair on a vehicle that should not have had these issues in the first place. To make matters worse, even some of the dealership employees have told us that this situation isn't right and that the cost should have been covered. However, the owner has refused to take responsibility or pay the remaining balance. The truck has now been sitting in the shop for over a month, completely undrivable. I do want to mention that Jay, our salesman, was great to work with. Unfortunately, beyond that, I cannot say anything positive about this dealership. We feel like we were sold a lemon, and the dealership is not standing behind the vehicle they sold us. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Orlando Preowned to think twice.

My previous ride had been via Drivetime and I had fallen in love with my 2016 Kia Soul. I went to Orlando Kia West hoping perhaps they might have a newer model with a back up camera. I was very clear when I went in, what I could put down, and the payments per month I could afford. I was shown a very nice 2020 Kia soul, lots of bells and whistles. And while I loved the car I was concerned about the price. The gentleman I was placed with for Sales was the most high pressure, rude, and dismissive person I have met. From the outset he was bound and determined to sell me this car at the exact price. I freely admit I have not so great credit, however if someone tells you from the outset, A) I have less then desirable credit, B) This is exactly how much I have to put down and C) Here are payments I know I can afford. How do you come back to them with numbers that require 3x the down payment amount and 200$ more then they said they could pay? I was baffled. I stood firm and then the wanting to get a co-signer push started. I was at the dealership with my girlfriend and over and over and over he wanted her to sign, even making her feel guilty for not offering. It was ludicrous! I even asked about a used car at a lower price point and I was told point blank it would be harder to finance a used car versus a new one. And he went for the co-signer angle for the 3rd time after being told a FIRM no. At that point I had enough. We left the dealership, and went to DriveTime on West Colonial. With in 2 hours I had a 2017 Kia soul, with a rearview camera (the only thing I really wanted), and payments in my budget, keys in hand. I am sure other Kia dealerships may be nice, but please at all cost avoid this one.

I got a tentative offer prior to coming in on both which 1 sold at that price but the other went down $500 when I got there citing a minor accident on the report which they new about prior to coming in as they ran the carfax report to make the tentative offer. However, we talked them up a bit and they threw in a tank of gas for our current vehicle. The buying experience didn't go as well for 2 reasons 1) very low inventory so not much to pick from 2) the truck I did find had dealer add-ons such as running boards, paint protection and nitro in the tires(?). They wouldn't move on removing these items so that ended the deal for me. My understanding is this dealer try's to work with folks with any income level to get you the vehicle you need. Didn't work out for my but maybe you'll have better luck. 3 stars is the best and worst I can give.

They asked me to bring it back the following week. I dropped the truck off midday on 12/26/25, and was told the diagnostic would be completed within 3-5 business days so the warranty rental could be arranged. It is now the 12th business day, and I still have no update beyond "waiting on a tech." No communication, no accountability, and no sense of urgency -- completely unacceptable for a dealership of this size. I purchased platinum extended warranty that includes rental coverage, but the lack of follow-through from this service department essentially denies that benefit. The experience shows a serious breakdown in management and customer service. If you value your vehicle or your time, go somewhere else.
