Nothing fancy, nothing overdone, just solid flavor and that perfect bite when you sink your teeth into it. Jacky's is always busy, the environment of the this place still same from what I can remember and they still move fast. From the moment you walk in to when you're walking out with food in hand, it's about five minutes. That's one of the things I've always loved, they respect your time but never rush the quality. The space was very clean, no sticky floors, the straws and napkins were stocked. Granted it was almost midnight and there was no one eating at the tables. One more thing to note, there was a diverse staff which always gets points from me. Hispanics, Caucasian, Asian, & African American so it was nice to see.
