I had a minor accident. I drop it off September and got it back January, then had to bring it back two more times to fix what they had repaired. Billed my insurance for a new hood but only repair the original . The fender corner chipped and they just dab with white paint and hood not lined up well. Looks crooked . Also billed for one new tire on my invoice but installed a whatever used tire . I dont know what else they did or didn't do ? I had overspray all over my windshield. I took it back to them . They must have cleaned it with a scraper . Now I have scratches all over my windshield:)) Benny junior does not communicate. I have to keep stopping by the shop to see what was going on . I dont know how they got so many good reviews when my experience was leas than acceptable. read more

Took my vehicle here for repairs from damages to my passenger door and side mirror. The repairs which were minimal took longer than a week to be completed. When i arrived to the body shop and inspected my vehicle, i noticed that the repairs to the side mirror had not been completed as listed on the repair estimate. I was told to bring my vehicle in again so they could complete the repair. I returned a week later and waited over an hour (granted the owner said it would be 30 minutes or so) for them to tell me that they were not able to properly install the side mirror because they ordered the wrong piece. They told me to return to get it fixed. Weeks later i called to arrange the repair for the third time and the owner told me he needed to check to see if they had the correct part, which they should have ordered. I have not heard back from him and it has been two weeks. I would not recommend benny's auto body to anyone. the repairs were not completed and when the customer service was very disappointing. I will not be returning to Benny's. read more

Someone hit my Tesla in a parking lot and damaged the rear fender. I received a few quotes and found Bennys to be very competitive and had excellent reviews. I have used Benny's Auto Body a few times recently and can't commend them enough! They're honest and absolutely go the extra mile to help. My experience is always wonderful with them, you almost feel like family. I took my car in today after a minor brush with a cement pillar in the parking garage. In less than 5 minutes they rubbed off the white paint from the pillar and pulled the front fender so it was even with the door. It look's perfect now. The amazing thing is, they didn't even charge me! I was so grateful not to pay my $500 insurance deductible. I love Benny's!! read more

My friend and I have used Benny's Auto body for repairs over the years and has always been reliable! Today a friend's driver door wouldn't open to of course I took him to Benny's. I had Benny repaint the roof of my SLK320 due to clear coat failure. The car is yellow which is known to be difficult to match and it is 22 years old so fading on different parts of the car is an issue. His color match and blending was perfect. It wasn't a huge repair (insurance estimated it $2K, I think), but we needed it to be done right without getting We collected several estimates and asked for details of how the work would be done. The owner of this business came in at the low-end on price and on the high-end of explaining what really needed to be done. The work was done as scheduled and it looked great, "like nothing ever happened." Of course, I worried if it would last. Fast forward a few years and this shop's work has held up very well. I recently rear-ended someone with my 2003 Ford Taurus and my insurance only covered the people I hit. I could only afford to make the car drive-able again instead of making it look like new. So, I brought it to Benny Jr. & hoped for the best. And they delivered! The were able to replace my headlight (the assembly & the bulb, which isn't a cheap combo), replace the hood, fix my right side mirror, and repair the driver's side door so that it could open again (the metal had been pushed back so that the door couldn't open) ALL FOR $400! I know the car doesn't look pretty (and that pained Benny - they really wanted to fix everything but I said no) but it is infinitely better than it was and was done for an extremely fair price.
