Great job by Benny and crew on my Alfa Romeo Giulia. The clear coat on the black panel above the windshield had weathered and peeled off over the years. Omg ! Dont bring your car here ! Had some repair work done at bennys back in December and I recently went thru a dip and the bumper detached from the bottom . Drove home and pulled the bumper off to find a bunch of missing bolts and no clips where there should have been . They only put back like 1/3 of the supporting bolts ! The plastic pieces inside the bumper were just loosely place without any buttons to hold them in . The work outside was below average but the work you dont see is terrible! The price is paid by my Insurance and is the same price anywhere. It's better to go somewhere else for quality work . I dont know how he got 4.8 rating on here ? read more

Took my vehicle here for repairs from damages to my passenger door and side mirror. The repairs which were minimal took longer than a week to be completed. When i arrived to the body shop and inspected my vehicle, i noticed that the repairs to the side mirror had not been completed as listed on the repair estimate. I was told to bring my vehicle in again so they could complete the repair. I returned a week later and waited over an hour (granted the owner said it would be 30 minutes or so) for them to tell me that they were not able to properly install the side mirror because they ordered the wrong piece. They told me to return to get it fixed. Weeks later i called to arrange the repair for the third time and the owner told me he needed to check to see if they had the correct part, which they should have ordered. I have not heard back from him and it has been two weeks. I would not recommend benny's auto body to anyone. the repairs were not completed and when the customer service was very disappointing. I have used Benny's Auto Body a few times recently and can't commend them enough! They're honest and absolutely go the extra mile to help. My experience is always wonderful with them, you almost feel like family. I took my car in today after a minor brush with a cement pillar in the parking garage. In less than 5 minutes they rubbed off the white paint from the pillar and pulled the front fender so it was even with the door. It look's perfect now. I had Benny repaint the roof of my SLK320 due to clear coat failure. The car is yellow which is known to be difficult to match and it is 22 years old so fading on different parts of the car is an issue. His color match and blending was perfect. I recently rear-ended someone with my 2003 Ford Taurus and my insurance only covered the people I hit. I could only afford to make the car drive-able again instead of making it look like new. So, I brought it to Benny Jr. & hoped for the best. And they delivered! The were able to replace my headlight (the assembly & the bulb, which isn't a cheap combo), replace the hood, fix my right side mirror, and repair the driver's side door so that it could open again (the metal had been pushed back so that the door couldn't open) ALL FOR $400! I know the car doesn't look pretty (and that pained Benny - they really wanted to fix everything but I said no) but it is infinitely better than it was and was done for an extremely fair price. This is a trustworthy, legit business that does great work at competitive prices. We took our then-year-old SUV here a few years ago after it was stolen and recovered with some sideswipe damage. It wasn't a huge repair (insurance estimated it $2K, I think), but we needed it to be done right without getting We collected several estimates and asked for details of how the work would be done. The owner of this business came in at the low-end on price and on the high-end of explaining what really needed to be done. The work was done as scheduled and it looked great, "like nothing ever happened." Of course, I worried if it would last. Fast forward a few years and this shop's work has held up very well. No fading paint, etc. You honestly can't tell which side was damaged. In short: Great work that lasts. And they get it done on time at a competitive price. read more
