Jonathan was my repair person for my door ding and lucky for me he came even earlier than expected because he happened to be in the area near me since I work from home this is always welcome. Jonathan did a great job giving me an overview of what was to come and it took all of 15 min for the ding in my back rear door to get repaired and I didn't even have to pull it out of my garage. Love that. I'm such a nitpicky person I notice dings and scratches on cars so this was a great way to make things look cosmetically a lot better on my car. I've got a new recommendation if anyone needs the same kind of repairs. We may go ahead and book for my husband's car soon as well. Dent EZ Out is a great name because in about ninety minutes after arriving, the dents were out! One dent on the drivers side of my hood, and on the right side another four to five difficult dents were removed like magic. I had my truck repainted: most panels, dents taken out, roof, new front grill [new teeth] and even got a new emblem for my 2000 vintage Tundra. The painter did a great job but did not securely adhere the flex-rubber seal across the windshield. Before replacing the entire windshield, where a new seal and everything was installed, I tried, myself to glue the old seal back on. Not a good idea to climb on your hood! ;..[ So, I created these unsightly dents and because they WERE right where the natural lines and nice shape of the hood is framed, I really messed things up. I honestly thought the entire hood would have to be removed because of the location [me: kicking myself] But, all good! I'm so glad I called Dent EZ Out. Israel's work was just incredible. See my photos. Also, my truck is black! The easiest [worst] color to see every single line and indentation. Everything is perfect now! So, thank you again Israel!!! My car got badly scratched and dented by a hit-and-run driver in a shopping mall. I would have had to pay $800 deductible in order for my insurance to pay for the repairs. I was very frustrated and fortunately a friend referred me to Ricardo from BumperRepair911, which had turned out to be the best decision and most pleasant car repair experience I have ever had! Ricardo is professional, courteous and has a great personality. He arrived at my house on time, set up a mobile working site on my driveway, and covered the driveway and garage properly to avoid any contamination. He was very efficient and experienced at what he did and was able to complete the job right around his estimated completion time. Needless to say, the final result was absolutely fantastic -- the repair and paint work was done perfectly, my car is looking like brand-new again. Ricardo cleaned up my car and my driveway professionally afterwards too. Abraham and the team at Bumper Repair 911 are exceptional! My vehicle unfortunately sustained a massive scratch down the side of the door and into the the rear quarter panel from someone at a public parking lot. As an avid auto detailer, I always make sure to take great care of my vehicle's paint and once I saw the damage done I knew it was in need of skilled professional repair. My father-in-law previously had used their mobile services and highly recommended, which I am happy I can now recommend their body shop as well. The team did a fantastic job and Abraham got me in the same day and happily answered all of my questions. The job was done extremely fast and to a high attention to detail, which I noticed being as picky as I am about my vehicle's paintwork. Bumper repair 911 was incredible. I saw Ricardo driving and called the number on the side of the van ( which is an awesome brand new ram van). He came right over and checked out the damage on the bumper and was also able to help out some other spots where the clear coat on my 2000 f-250 was peeling. His pricing is so affordable and will not take you to the cleaners like most body shops or paint places. He will only charge you for what you agree to be worked on and communicated with me the about the whole process. He's an excellent resource for all things body work as he has experience from owning a body shop for years. Highly recommend Bumper Repair 911 I had damage on the rear door of my Ford Mach-E, and four other body shops told me the only solution was to replace the entire door. Bumper Repair 911 proved them wrong. These guys are true professionals. Instead of pushing an expensive replacement, they recovered the original door geometry, used minimal body filler, and restored the panel exactly the way it should be done. The result looks like new, and the factory door was saved. What really impressed me is their approach -- they clearly use European repair technologies and techniques focused on saving original parts, not replacing them just to increase the bill. This guy is awesome. Ricardo came out to give me an estimate on my SKY that had been hit with a rogue piece of tire on the 5. The hood was dented with paint damage and the trunk was hit on the way down. I brought my car to 3 different local guys who wanted to replace my trunk and hood outright. I was repeatedly told there was no way to correct the damage. *Queue* Ricardo / BR911. Ricardo comes out assess the damage gives me a quote on the spot and says he can start working and have it done in a few hours. He removed both dents, repaired the paint damage and my car looks as good as new. He also did all of this on site at my job. Everything was handled while I was working. So awesome! I have had a few different people work on my vehicles over the years. Ricardo has been, by far, the Best!! We are scheduled to turn in our lease in the next few weeks, but had to make some repairs first. Ricardo's estimate was half of what the shops were going to charge us, and he made our 4 year old lease vehicle look like is has been sitting on the showroom floor for the last 4 years. We had some serious bumper damage, but Ricardo worked his magic and it looks amazing. On top of the excellent work he does, I spent the day hanging out with him while he worked on my car, and I have to say the he is one of the nicest guys that I have met in a long time. Although it wasn't the first time I've had to have any body work on a car done, it WAS the first time I was 100% happy with the service from start to finish. Ricardo showed up right on time, explained in detail how he was going to repair, timeline, and do paint matching. He came across as someone who takes pride in his work on a job, not just doing a business transaction. The work was finished right on time, the paint matching result was that it wasn't possible to see that it wasn't the original job. I was kept in the loop by Auday and Sarena so we were always on the same page and I understood the process and knew what to expect. I highly recommend this body shop to do quality work. Their integrity and standards are high which is an awesome combination to customer satisfaction. This is a review for Collission Experts and David Perez. I recently got my 2023 BMW X5 M crunched…read morefrom a rear end collision and had my insurance company tow it to them versus their preferred auto body shop. I called Collission due to being highly rated on Yelp and David Perez was genuinely nice over the phone and said he would take care of evertything. Unfortunately, my father n law who was a mechanic recommended that i take my car to a certified BMW collission auto shop so quickly had my insurance company pivot to them versus Collission Experts. I would have been confident that Collission would do excellent work but cant argue with my father n law. After a couple days, I found out my insurance company did not tow the car to the BMW auto shop but instead still took it to Collission. David called me saying my car was there and i had to explain to him what happened. David could have easily been disappointed with my decision and charge me the 3 days of storage fees but he was unbelievably understanding and waived the fees. I had the car towed out of Collission since my insurance company was slow but out of respect and obligation to David and his team. He only asked that i consider Collission if there ever was a need. I hope i dont get into anymore accidents but will keep them in my cell phone if me or anyone in my family, friends or clientelle need an auto body shop referral. I thank David for his professional approach and understanding and hope i can make it up to him in the future. If this review helps anybody make a decision towards Collission then hopefully makes up for it.
