This one was just a minor fix, but we call Ricardo every time. We live in Bonita, and he's always happy to come out to our place, and very accommodating about the schedule. He took pictures over the phone of the damage and the information he needed about the paint, and arrived with every ready to do the work. Not only does Ricardo charge less than the body shops and come directly to you, he does amazing work in almost no time. I didn't have to drop my car off at a body shop and wait hours or days for them to work it into their queue or get around to quoting me and fixing the damage. Got into a fender bender in a parking lot and the party at fault wanted to pay out of pocket instead of through insurance. I went to about three body shops for estimates, all amounting $1100+ to repair/replace plus a average timeframe of 3-4 days to fix. I contacted Ricardo with Bumper Repair 911 after coming across the business on Yelp. He responded right away and drove to my residence to check out the damage (it was difficult to properly assess by photo). Ricardo was professional and honest with me, he told me upfront that he would need to take off my bumper in order to check if there is any additional frame damage underneath. Sure enough there was, and they encouraged me to be present the entire time so that I could see for myself. Ricardo gave me a very fair and reasonable quote, which saved hundreds of dollars, and the turnaround took less than a day. Luckily I had family that lived close-by to pick me up and drop me off at his shop, but Ricardo offered to provide transportation accommodations and even offered to drop off my vehicle to my workplace/home if needed. And the results were great. He even sent me photos while they fixed my bumper to show me the progress.
