I needed a rather lengthy procedure, so it would have been completely understandable had he asked me to reschedule. Instead, he worked me in around his other patients and completed the procedure remarkably well. At no point did I feel rushed or overlooked. Dr. Chance was totally understanding and made me feel like I was in good hands from Day 1. He started me on a practical course of treatment fixing the most serious problems first. His office staff (especially Maria!) is mindful of my insurance and helped me stagger my treatment so that I minimized my out-of-pocket costs. I never have to wait to be seen when I come for an appointment and am able to get early appointments to make it to work at a decent hour. When my husband or I have had "dental emergencies", Dr. Chance has worked us into the calendar and taken care of us right away.

Who wants to be awake and hear 4 of your teeth being cracked and cut out of your head (my old dentists plan of action)? Not I!! So I searched for a new dentist, and hallelujah I found Dr. Richardson! I don't think most people are too fond of dentist- its hardly relaxing, but necessary. Dr. Richardson knows this, and so she sits down with new patients to discuss their reasons for coming in, if you have any previous problems or negative experiences at the dentist, etc. This is a first- I don't think I have had any doctor, oral or otherwise, that sat and got to know me for more than 5 minutes at my first visit. Dr. Richardson is so friendly too, always making jokes. Her practice is much more technology friendly than my previous dentists- they take pictures of your teeth, use a laser to determine whether you really need to get a filling, and the best part of all- give you a mirror to hold during procedures if you want to see what they are talking about and doing inside your mouth. This really helped me understand why she and the hygenist were doing what they were doing. And although Dr. Richardson is not a fan of wisdom teeth, she did not pressure me to have them removed, only stated her rationale for recommending it, a welcome departure from my previous experiences. I received 5 fillings (those damn wisdom teeth!) and a full perio cleaning spread over 3 appointments. I didn't need anesthesia for the fillings, however Dr. Richardson offers laughing gas if desired. I'm keeping my dental coverage under COBRA just to go back and see Dr. Richardson in the future!

So learning about this dentist office and having a great first time experience brought me lots of ease, peace, and comfort. I scheduled my appointment over the phone and I was met with warmth. I received Invisalign and implant treatment from Dr. Rami Alsaleh, a general dentist who markets…read morecosmetic services. A permanent implant was placed before my Invisalign treatment was complete, and then trays were continued. This sequencing error caused a visible midline shift and asymmetry in my smile. I was never informed that this could be a permanent outcome. When I raised concerns, I was dismissed and told my midline was "within normal limits" without an in-person exam. A second opinion from a nationally and internationally accredited prosthodontist confirmed improper sequencing and lack of planning caused structural harm, not cosmetic dissatisfaction. One root canal he performed on tooth #31 failed within two years and required extraction. Tooth #19, which he also treated and retreated, is failing again and has been referred for further endodontic evaluation. A recent provider identified five additional teeth that may need root canals, eroded enamel, poor crown margins, and accelerated wear despite my attending regular appointments over four years. This prolonged pattern of overlooked issues, superficial reassurances, and inadequate follow-up has been both emotionally draining and physically harmful. It also triggered a documented MS flare-up, my first since diagnosis. There was no informed consent on foreseeable outcomes and no referral to a specialist, even though complex procedures were involved. I've reported this to the dental board and consumer protection agencies. I do not recommend this provider to anyone seeking ethical or well-coordinated care.

My first visit with…read morehim, he diagnosed a problem with my tooth that my other previous dentists had missed, possibly for years. This unfortunately led to needing the tooth to be removed, but he was able to guide me through the process and connect me with a wonderful oral surgeon. Throughout the process, it was evident that he was closely communicating with the offices of the various sub-specialists, coordinating my care, and probably spending time outside of his normal clinical hours to do so. Dr. Hassid has a very calm, patient bedside manner. He always takes the time to explain things, in clear, simple and easy-to-understand terms, and makes sure all my questions are answered. I can tell he really cares about his patients. His office staff are also all excellent - extremely courteous, accommodating, and professional. As an example, I had an appointment with him this morning. I received a phone call that one of the staff had called in sick, and my appointment would need to be rescheduled. However, very quickly, Dr. Hassid went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate me into his schedule today, so that I could still be seen. It definitely wasn't necessary but really showed the level of commitment Dr. Hassid and his team have toward their patients. I think I'll be a patient here for a very long time.

They were extremely thorough with my cleaning, and talked to me in-depth about the condition of my teeth based on various x-rays and photos: what I'm doing right, what I could improve upon, what I might be at risk for, and more. The dentist also talked me through what to look for when buying toothpaste and mouthwash, and provided scientific explanations for which products work best. The new patient/scheduling process is very smooth, as well. I simply filled out the new patient form online, got an email the next day from the office to schedule my appointment (which worked great for me, since I often can't take phone calls during the day), and was ready to go. Overall, I'm very impressed with the organization of the office and the kindness and consideration of each individual I interacted with! Definitely recommend.

She came in, cleaned my teeth, and then dismissed me. I told the dental assistant that I had not received an exam yet, and I overheard the dentist telling the assistant that she looked at my teeth and everything was fine. There was no discussion with me about the two crowns I have in my mouth. she asked me, "do you have any questions or concerns?" I said no, and that was the extent of her "exam" and our conversation. She was rough in my mouth and I asked her to stop pulling on my lip with the small mirror. She said, " if you had relaxed your lip, like I told you to, this wouldn't be painful." I said I didn't hear her instruction and she didn't seem to care. The light at the chair didn't work. Then the dental hygienist came in and informed me that based on his review of my X-rays I needed a deep clean to remove some buildup under my gums (which he specifically said is not a new problem) but he'd be willing to do a medium deep clean. The insurance specialist informed me it would cost over $300, out of pocket. To be clear, I go to the dentist every 6 months and have my entire life. I brush twice a day and floss daily. The dentist today had no concerns about my teeth after reviewing my X-rays. No dentist (or dental hygienist) has ever recommended a deep clean before. And I was told this is "not a new problem." I declined the medium deep cleaning, the hygienist refused to do a regular cleaning and I left. The whole experience felt very scammy. And I still need to get my teeth cleaned.
