I looked past her lack of customer service from the initial interaction, but to see that I am in extreme pain and still continue to wax me in extremely large patches and show zero empathy or care is inhumane. I had to give up after the fourth strip and end the session because it seemed as if she was intentionally trying to hurt me. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a service that should automatically require extra care. I hope no one ever has to experience what I went through.
