When you cross small city selection with tiny town service, Ben's Tire & Lube is the result. The official address is Orange, the actual address is Mauriceville. This tiny town of under 1000 people is located several miles north of I-10, and the shop is near the corner of state highways 62 & 12. Easiest to find when driving south on 62, it's on the right. The Hunny's SUV needed two new tires. Yelpers said that Ben's had good prices, and I concur: the tires I got are priced right around others I've purchased in Vidor TX and Vallejo CA. For best results, order from their website, pick the time you can be there. Note: the tires weren't there yet when I arrived in the morning. "The truck is scheduled to be here at 12." That should help when scheduling when you can be at Ben's. When they got started, it took less than 15 minutes to park it, get 'em on, and pay for it. Excellent service, I have never had any issues using them. They usually have the best price on tires, and even if they are a bit more expensive it is worth it due to the quality of service. They also offer free rotation evey 4,000 miles if you buy your tires from them. They also offer a great road hazard warranty at a reasonable price. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the building could use a little updating on the inside. It can get quite uncomfortable in there if there is more then one or two customers due to the lack seating. Other than that one complaint it is a good quality place to get your tire needs taken care of in a timely manner. read more

1 Big SCAM !!!!! I bought 4 brand new tires from bens tire and lube in orange,tx..Everything seemed fine,they mounted and balanced them and said if I had any issues,to bring it back and they would be happy to take care of it.They also told me the tires ,no matter what had a 90 day warranty from factory.Even if I had a blowout or nail or anything,they would take care of it.Well about 1week passed and I pulled into my driveway at my home.It is pavement with a few loose gravel on it.Well,next thing I know tire goes flat.My dad comes over to see what is wrong and says a hole was all the way through the tire but no nail or anything.He suspected just a bad tire with a bad spot from factory.Well,he put a plug in it,so I could go to work the next day.So I went to work and then went by Bens to see what could be done.They acted like they didn't even know me.I even asked them,do you remember me and they said yes.But they said there's nothing they could do.Unless I wanted to buy another new tire.Well needless to say I have told all my friends and I have posted on google about the bad service and the scam they are running on people.Telling people they will take care of them and then act like they don't even know them,Sad customer service.I am a 26 year old female with 1 child and 2 jobs and my own home and car.Yet I was treated as a outcast from home alone !!!! Do me and my child a favor and teach these guys a lesson not to lie and cheat people out of their hard earned money.!!!! Liars,,scammers,,outright Thieves !!!!!
