I have a lot of anxiety at eye doctor's offices due to an eye condition I've had since I was a young child. Dr. Andrews made me feel comfortable, brought levity to the situation, and reassured me that the anxiety I feel is to be expected. Beyond that, this is the first time an optometrist has ever given me ideas for how to protect the vision in my "good" eye. It blew my mind that no one ever thought to talk to me about that considering I only have one eye with good vision. It's refreshing to meet with a doctor who actually listens to you and acknowledges your lived experiences instead of doing the bare minimum and rushing off to the next patient. I learned a bit about eye care and picked up some tips. Since I hadn't gotten an eye exam in a while I also had my eyes dilated to check on general health (they do have a fancy picture option so no dilation is needed but it would be $39 not covered by insurance that I didn't want to pay. Dr. Kauffman came in to finish the rest of my exam. She really seemed to enjoy her work and was quite amiable. I left the office with a pair of monthly contacts and some dailies too. Cost? Depends on your insurance. I'm covered by basic VSP (this place was in the network) so it was 15% off the entire exam - including the contacts fitting, I paid ~$65. I think with the way VSP offers coverage its cheaper to go out of network where VSP covers $50. Either way, I felt taken care of by the doctors and staff.

We need a school form signed to administer PRN asthma medication for my son. The form is filled out and all we need is a signature from them. They insisted on charging a $25 fee to get a signature because the doctor needs to take time out of their day for a signature. Absolutely ridiculous policy. I do not recommend this place.
