She should not be dealing with customers. That said I have worked with other associates in this location who have been great. I had a pair of frames which I'd purchased from them previously that I asked to update the lenses to my current prescription. No fitting on pickup, just take a look / here they are and handoff which seemed odd as things clearly may get moved around during the lens change. Glasses l seemed to be ok until I got them home and noted the arm was coming off, thought maybe missing screw but no, stripped screw so no fixing. When I returned to lenscrafters blonde associate told me they don't touch the arms (clearly they must to adequately change the lenses) but then switched her story to this happens all the time unfortunately and they're not held liable and would I like to purchase a new set of the same frames? Interesting that no one mentioned this policy to me previously but I'll take my business elsewhere. 2 star vs 1 star rating based on previous experiences at this location.

I got greeted by a guy. He was very funny made me feel very welcome. I pick my glasses and had to pay my glasses. He pick some other glasses too just to make sure if it's with my face and the style that I want so we did that right there. He told me the price and everything like that. Took pictures with me with the glasses on and it was very good. He made me laugh a lot so I'm very glad that you can make your customers laugh and feel welcomed. He told me that my glasses will come within 11 days so I was very happy to hear about that so I recommend people coming over here. The service is amazing.

They are convenient, but the magnets are well within the field of vision. When complained about the issue was told there was nothing to do but perhaps let the manufacturer know. Finally, despite several visits for re-adjustments they still fit poorly. Back to old glasses. Waste of time and money. If you proceed anyway: Be VERY careful on your selection and stock up on the "magic" cleaner.

He's been pretty good by doing it directly. I guess at the end trying can't hurt though. I've always found parking. Almost all nearby spots are taken. Therest are compact. I don't know whay small cars or motorcycles take the big ones making people with trucks or SUVs to park in very tight spots.

I went through the preliminary testing and explained what I wanted. I wanted monovision because I had done that before with contacts, and they told me, "Yes, we can do that." They put me through the testing, and the next day I met with the surgeon. He said, "Sure, we can do this for you. No sweat." That was exactly what I needed to hear. I was scheduled for the following Tuesday for my first eye, had the procedure done, and went back the next day for the follow-up. Everything was healing nicely. The one thing I really want to say is that everybody -- the doctors, the receptionists, the scheduling staff, the people on the phone, everyone -- was FANTASTIC. This outfit is the greatest. Before my surgery, I was quoted a price weeks in advance and paid it in full. Unfortunately, I wasn't a candidate for LASIK, which was disappointing, but Dr. Schmidt was able to perform the procedure manually instead. Since the LASIK portion wasn't done, I was told the procedure should have cost about $2,000 less. At my follow-up appointment, I didn't see Dr. Schmidt. Instead, I saw another doctor after waiting nearly 40 minutes for an exam that lasted less than five minutes. When I asked about the $2,000 difference, I was told that I actually owed an additional $900 because a deductible had been applied after my original quote. This was extremely frustrating. If I had been informed before surgery that my out-of-pocket cost would increase by $900, I could have planned and budgeted accordingly. Instead, I was given one price, paid it upfront, and then was surprised with an unexpected bill afterward. The medical care itself was great, but the lack of transparency and communication about billing left me very disappointed.

Holy SMOKES I CAN SEE! I'll be the first to admit: I can be quite the difficult person when it comes to anything having to deal with a doctor. Quite frankly I hate it. But, I couldn't read things anymore like I used to be able to and that was becoming more of a problem than the whole issue with the doctor thing. Anyway, moving on, I resisted long enough until I finally gave in and went to a doctor whom, in my area, evidently had a great reputation. I went there spoke with him about my concerns, how I couldn't read, etc. You know, he's not only a great doctor but he's easily approachable and really a straight forward guy. Something, I have really grown to appreciate especially when it comes to my health of anything: eyes, ears, nose you name it, I want to know straight forward, what's wrong with it. So, he gives me the 411 about what's going on and you know, come to find out, I not only needed glasses but probably needed them for years. So, okay I need glasses but now what? Doctor takes me out to the front and I see....Lots of glasses, Lots.. I mean I'm lost here just looking at them. And then this lady comes out of the blue and just levels with me. Tells me what I'm going to need, asks me what look i'm going for, etc and so on. In no time I'm in the zone, finding a really great pair of glasses and thinking to myself "why didn't I come here sooner?" That's when I realize that I'd been putting myself through hell for no reason at all. I come back in a little over a week and wham! there it is.. Clarity. I can now see when I read! How amazing is that? Seriously, I am amazed at just how painless this whole process was. I can't think of a better place to go. The only thing I wish was that all businesses especially medical related were like these folks at the Redmond Vision Clinic. Excellent service.. really really excellent! my advice to all of you out there who think like me, save yourself the pain and the time (procrastination) and go to this place. If you can't see or even, as I have just learned, if you are checking out the basic health of your eye.. go to this place. You have MY word you will not be disappointed!! read more

I came here to support local business and they accept my insurance. I am glad I did. I have had problems with reading even with contacts in. My last doctor said you are getting older and this happens just wear reading glasses with the contacts. Whats the point I might as well just wear glasses. I had the usual eye exam and then met with the doctor. I expained the problem I was having and asked what can be done. Dr. Eriksen suggested multi focal lens. He explained how they work and what to expect. I love them. they exceeded my expectations. I can now read without putting on reading glasses and overall vision is better. I have 20/20. Overall the entire staff is friendly and helpful and most important they listen to what you have to say. I have a new eye doctor. read more

Found this clinic through my insurance's list of in-network providers. I called and was able to get an appointment for the next day. I was seen promptly, and the doctor was very pleasant and personable and gave clear explanations for what she was doing. I needed new contacts and was given samples so that I could try a new brand. Overall, I was impressed and am thankful to have found a new provider so conveniently located (last time I had an eye doctor was when I lived in Eastern Washington, and I wasn't sure how long it would take me to find a new provider that I liked). read more

This place ROCKS! I feel that my eyes are in good condition with this eye care professional. The doctor made me feel a LOT better, as my eyes were burning and red. Also, I realized that I have a prescription and will be going back for an eye exam when I go for my eye check-up. They have SOO many glasses and they are good priced. I don't have insurance and the eye exams are VERY GOOD priced. So was the eye health exam that I had. I'm so glad I went here! I've been seeing Dr. Koval for a little over three years. She's a pleasure to talk with, and she's careful to make sure I get the right type of contacts. I had a problem with my old brand of contact lenses; they kept getting makeup on them despite my best efforts to keep them clean. Dr. Koval quickly gave me two new different types of lenses to try. If you can't see, well then this is the place to go. Very friendly staff and nice clean environment. This doctor is very thorough. If you can't see when you walk in, then you will when you walk out. With so many different optometry services in Bellevue, it can be difficult to choose where to go. But I decided to switch over to The Eyecare Center due to its convenient location and positive reviews, which I stand by. It's very easy to make an appointment online, which is a big factor for any kind of health care services. I've been in situations where I've had to wait forever to get an appointment and/or could only schedule an appointment with someone on the phone, which can be difficult since my schedule is very busy. For me to schedule it myself, it's very easy to do online as I can plan out and also, easily cancel when need be. The Eyecare Center also takes VSP insurance. The Eyecare Center is located near the Bellevue Botanical Garden in the Wilburton neighborhood, and is right off of NE 8th street, which is easy to get to, with plenty of parking in the private lot. There's also the B line bus stop right in front of it, making it accessible for all. Staff are always friendly and I always see the same eye doctor. The annual exam takes about an hour with the usual eye tests, dilation, etc. They do also sell eyewear here. No complaints about The Eyecare Center.

He decided to stop accepting new patients 2 weeks prior to my appt. I called to ask if they would honor the appt given it's long standing and was told "no." I asked them to check with Dr. McManus given the length of time the appt had been on the books. They said he had specifically told them to cancel all appts (she emphasized all). She (Megan) seemed certain he wouldn't consider it and wasn't willing to approach him about this. Bottom Line - don't expect this clinic to honor those things they've committed to. In my business, I encourage employees to come to me with these types of concerns and would never have turned down someone in this situation.

He explained the state of my eyes in detail I'd never heard before. His staff was well-trained and pretty fabulous too. Dr. McManus' services cost a little more than the optometrists at the back of the chain store--and are worth double every penny.
