They disregard pets that have been customers for a while and at the same time just keep on taking on new patients. Dr Gerena was my dogs Vet. She is like the Head of the clinic. She is so money hungry!!! They don't give a damn about your pets they just want your money. When I realized that I immediately called and asked that all of my 3 dogs medical and vaccination records be sent to a new clinic that I found. Now everything is as it should be.
