I was able to get a ruff & tumble toy that so far (fingers crossed) has stood up to her razor sharp teeth and tough love. I also was able to buy fresh cookies from their bakery for her as well. Let me tell you about that. They bake and sell cookies and cakes for dogs. When I walked into the shop, I could smell something tantalizingly good. I couldn't quite put my finger on it but it made my stomach growl and my mouth salivate! They were baking cookies for pups and had a batch just out of the oven. Only human quality food goods go into their dog treats. I bought a small bag for my Georgia Lee. Well, the cookie was small and soft, but I still had to break it in half, because, well, she's quite small, but she loved them so much. They have no preservatives, so the cookies need to be refrigerated but they stay nice and soft. She loved those cookies so much. I can't wait to go back and buy her some more. Benson's also has a refrigerator with fresh dog food, and shelves of many varieties of dry and canned dog food. Besides many dog toys, they also have beds and leashes/harnesses, etc. They probably have everything you need for a pampered pup. I really like this little store and am glad they are here in town.

The issue is the always miss nails to be cut and once her ears were not cleaned and i doubt they even check her anal glands. Today I paid $60 ( use to be $44) and I got home not one nail was cut. She was banned from daycare out of the blue because she had one bad day. No one could tell us why she wasn't allowed to keep coming back, and still haven't heard about being refunded for the 22 days she had left on her daycare package. While some of the employees are nice, the lack of communication is frustrating and things are different now with a change of staff. I would not recommend anyone leaving their dogs with these people for daycare or boarding anymore.

The ladies spent an hour each day with my animals, sent pictures while they were there, and kept me informed each day about each animal. They even noticed a scratch on my pig! One of my turkeys was sick when I left and unfortunately passed away 2 days into my vacation. These wonderful ladies actually held him as he passed away and took care of his body. Seriously, what animal service does that?!? Their prices are ridiculously affordable and like the other reviewer, I too felt the need to pay more than asked. And rather than have them deal with the stress of being boarded, I decided to try a pet sitting service while I went on vacation. Ashley and Shawna came out to meet me and both were extremely friendly and professional. They both asked questions about the health of the animals, my vet's contact information, emergency contact info, etc. and had the appropriate paperwork to fill out. The peace of mind I had after they left was just what I needed! They will send you pictures of your pets while you are away to reassure you that everything is ok and also provide you with text updates. The price they quoted me was far too low in my opinion, so I felt it was necessary to pay them more than they were asking. Totally worth it! They even took the time to clean up a little!!!
