The team was very responsive, caring, and investigated until they figured out what she was eating. I worry that it's a ratio issue - too many dogs and not enough supervision. But, they corrected the access issue between the problem chews and our pup and we haven't had a problem since.

Ashley and Shawna came out to meet me and both were extremely friendly and professional. They both asked questions about the health of the animals, my vet's contact information, emergency contact info, etc. and had the appropriate paperwork to fill out. The peace of mind I had after they left was just what I needed! They will send you pictures of your pets while you are away to reassure you that everything is ok and also provide you with text updates. The price they quoted me was far too low in my opinion, so I felt it was necessary to pay them more than they were asking. Totally worth it! They even took the time to clean up a little!!! If I could give negative stars I would…read more We brought our beloved French Bulldogs here for boarding and puppy camp. Gussie and Stella were healthy and happy when dropped off. When we picked them up, Gus was walking but wouldn't get in the car without help. 2 hours later we were rushing to the first of 3 ERs for him with severe back pain - this is where our nightmare started. Gus quickly went downhill, and within 2 days was unable to walk, control his bladder, or even stand. I reached out to this company and instead of a personal call, the owner called me a liar and posted videos on Facebook, 2 small snips, of Gus. They failed to show him not getting in the car at the end - He/she actually had the audacity to claim nothing happened, yet my baby can't walk and is in the ER. We took him to the Small Animal hospital in Gainesville to try to get surgery to save him but it was too late. On May 30, at 5:01 pm, we held our baby as he transitioned over the rainbow bridge. All of this within 2 hours of picking my baby up. You cannot tell me SOMETHING did not happen to take him from me. We certainly would have NEVER dropped him off if he showed any signs of pain or discomfort prior to being boarded. This company didn't have any sympathy for us. Instead posts a few seconds of videos to prove their innocence? A dog does not go from happy and walking to a severe back injury like this without something happening. I was told by Meg, the manager, it wasn't their problem, sorry nothing they will do. They refuse to release the video of his stay! The owner refuses to contact me. If there was nothing to hide, why be secretive about things? We lost our boy, and it was directly related to whatever happened under their "care". We were not offered any help with the thousands spent on vet bills or ER visits. Do NOT trust them! Find a reputable company that will actually have a heart and care for your babies.
