We agreed on the scope of work and the approximate estimate ( based on my calculations) and booked the service date. They arrived on the agreed date and time. Both were dressed professionally and very curteous thoughout the process. He and his assistant ( Michele ) went to work immediately. They were respectful of our furnture and area rugs. We were not home while they were cleaning. When we came back, everything looked generally clean, but the balcony, oven, and refrigerator were not cleaned at all, even though these services were supposed to be included. When we reached out to them, we said that we could overlook the balcony, but the oven and refrigerator were not done, despite being included. They apologized for the misunderstanding and said they would send someone to complete the job, but they never gave us a specific date. When I followed up, they said the cleaner who was supposed to come got sick and that they would get back to us. Another week passed, and we heard nothing, so I reached out again. They asked if we wanted to book another service, either deep cleaning or regular cleaning. I explained that I was not interested in booking anything else until they finished the previous service we had already paid for. They again said they would come soon, without giving any specific date. After following up once more, they continued to avoid giving a clear answer. It has now been a month, and no one has come back to complete the job. They are no longer responding and have effectively been ignoring us. Each time we contact them, we are told "tomorrow," but no one ever shows up. I am very disappointed with this level of service.
