I purchased a home with carpets that were more than 30 years old, and had not been cleaned in a very long time. Three Steps contacted me and quoted me a price that was lower than the other services. They were polite and professional. They scheduled a time to perform the service, they called the day before to confirm, and showed when they promised. They did a very thorough job of cleaning, extracted the dirt and even got some stains to come out after all these years. They said it would take about 4-5 hours to dry. It took considerably more than that but other than the slight inconvenience it wasn't a problem. On the phone they quoted me a price of $98 for three rooms but they didn't tell me that the hallway was additional. They added a bit for the additional square footage but counted the living room and dining room as one room so I didn't pay for a 4th room and saved a bit more. When the carpet dried, there were some dirty spots in one room. I called, and they came back to treat the additional spots. They were polite and prompt. I'm cautious about who I have cleaning my carpets because I've had companies do really bad jobs before. But a friend told me about this company after they did her home and she was really happy with the job they did so I gave them a call. I had 3 steps cleaning and restoration do 3 bedrooms, 2 couches, and some hallways and oh wow! did they come out great. The carpets weren't flooded with water, all of the dirt I wanted to come out was removed, the workers were extremely helpful and informative and suggested how I could keep everything clean in the future. They were kind and courteous and welcomed me to the 3 steps family which I'm proud to say I'm apart of. 100% I would use this company again if I ever need cleaning. Great work guys! read more

This is an additional add on to my previous post. As for the new painter I HAD to pay him out of my pocket. I have the checks to prove this. And as for his saying he paid out of pocket for my storage unit, that is not true. His previous partner (Jazmine) told me to deduct the cost of the unit off of my bill. Again he DID NOT pay out of his pocket for anything. My floors are uneven some tiles are lower than the others. There is thin set and grout on the floor that will not come up. There is also thin set and grout on the walls. Again I will say DO NOT USE this company. If you do make sure to check ALL the persons working for him that they are LICENSED and INSURED.
