I have about 100 windows in my house that need various repairs. I requested service, but the company was only able to text. I was referred to another person within the company who requested that I evaluate the windows and send him pictures. I took a sample of pictures but the person wanted me to take more. Then the company began providing me instructions on how to diagnose my windows and take more pictures. After a day or two of chasing, I was informed they don't fix glass. There was 1 out of 100 windows that had a small Crack. The others had various issues such as going up and down being difficult and the locks would not close. However, the company representative turned down a huge job. I followed up with the original representative I was speaking with. He and I ended up speaking on the phone which was nice, but I now understand why they text -- their English is horrible. However, he began to say how they don't fix broken glass, and they only adjust locks and the opening and closing. I tried explaining how ALL the windows in my ​house need that work. This representative began the diagnostic process over again. I stated Ia looking for someone to come over and diagnoses the windows themselves and provide me a quote (I expect the job to be 10 to 20,000 dollars at minimum). The guy didn't want to go that route, just have me do the work for him to provide a quote. They are unprofessional and a were a huge waste of my time. I had an approximately 10 year old window in my bed room that wasn't staying up properly ..Benson came to first inspect the window,and then fix it.We originally thought we might have to replace the entire window,but he told us that the only thing that was broken the spiral balance on the top,so he replaced the parts for us and saved us money.In addition to all this ,he also taught us how to properly clean and take care of windows and overall gave amazing advice.
