It has since been completely overhauled and renamed by Rediscovered Bookshop in downtown. As a children's book writer, I'm also an avid collector of children's picture books. Once and Future offers a great selection of gently used books at bargain prices. For example, I found a signed copy of Whoopi Goldberg's book Alice for an incredible bargain price of $6! (Granted, it's personalized "Thank You, Samantha!" in gold lettering, but I'm ok with that!) There are all sorts of nooks and crannies to discover treasures galore, plus lots of book-lover novelties such as bookends, stickers and buttons. Check this place out, I'm sure you'll love it! There is ample parking in the back lot, don't get a ticket by parking on the street.

They might sell one quarter of these in the store and ship the rest to their warehouse or for recycling or use in other locations. I was given the great total of $16.11. It was really an insult. Many of these were coffee table size books, and books about things like aircraft, aircraft carriers, Titanic, architecture, history, music. Many originally cost over $40 and were like brand new. Don't expect much but at least they're recycling things for you if you're gonna throw them away anyway.

When I pulled up the text thread to show that I DID in fact give an accurate description, I was told "oh, I didn't read that. We are going to pass." I can write it but I can't read it for you. If customers are going to be spending time driving to you from far distances you can at least slow down 20 seconds to read a message fully. When you do mess up, it probably isn't best practice to automatically place blame on the customer for your lack of reading. For this reason, we will no longer be shopping...or selling with them.
