At this point , I'm trying to figure out how to tweak it to fit comfortably and she got so upset with me. She said she'd have to change everything and demanded that I must pay her $50. I could not believe what was happening - I wanted to get out of there so bad that I didnt argue and payed her. When I came back (again) to pick it up (again) - I didn't even try it on. I was so embarrassed by how she made me feel all I wanted to do was leave. The quality of the alteration was not worth the $250 she charged me.

(old cushions were bad and unusable, but they did not even use those as template to replace) The workmanship and details on the underside of sofa very mediocre and sloppy. When pointed out that cushions were changed the lady called me a liar and said there were more cushions and I was wrong, flat out argued with me!!!! DO NOT use these guys EVER!!!!
