The building and surroundings are absolutely stunning. Not at all like the cold hospital atmosphere of most other assisted living facilities we visited. It is more like a grand, ornate mansion for the wealth. My mom like being there so much that she said she should have moved there a long time ago. It was like always being on vacation. She absolutely loved the place. The staff made extra effort to make sure she was well cared for. She loved all of them and you could tell they loved her too. When she first moved in she had to be hospitalized for pneumonia and Nicole became her advocate using her contacts to make sure she was getting proper care. My mom thought the food was terrific. I know it's very subjective but she did gain about 25 pounds while she was there. If she didn't like what was on the menu they would make here something she liked. She was especially fond of the deserts. There was always something going on. She loved bingo, exercise with Norma , chair yoga, art, and dancing at cocktail hour. I told Nicol to save a room for me when its my time.

The owners are always available and go above and beyond to advocate for whatever is in the best interest of the residents. They are accommodating and unlike any other facility I've ever been to. He's made friends and after nearly 50 years in the same home, has made this his new home- a huge relief to his family and friends! They do not use hoyer lifts because they are too lazy. They have bandages on their shins with various dates when the bruises occurred. The nurse aides do not help the new aides out because they feel their jobs are threatened. A patient fell out of bed and the aides, who were sitting in the dining room chatting, refused to help get that patient off floor. Do NOT believe the reviews on Care.com because they cover-up the abuse in nursing homes!

The aides do a good job, when they show up, which is a long time from when the bell is rung. I often had to help my mother get in and out of bed as well as help her onto the toilet because she couldn't wait that long. The facility is not clean enough. And good luck trying to find anyone when you have a question or concern. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

His health…read morehas been very good here and he gets care for dressing, bathing, medications, etc. He is also seen by his primary doctor Kavathia there who I attribute to having drastically improved his well being since he moved here. I like the staff and the only complaint from my uncle is that the food is not being prepared to a consistency that is easy to chew, although it is good quality ingredients. He enjoys the bingo games and wishes there were more activities, however the participation is low from the residents who prefer to spend time in their nice rooms. The location and setting are superb. It is always clean as a whistle. I am grateful for Nicole and Andrew and the wonderful staff for over a year!

Everyone was so friendly and made sure to say hello and goodbye as they were leaving. They are also pet friendly and have a resident dog named jack. Due to this, I could bring my small dachshund, Hanson, for a visit to meet his great gram. Very clean, welcoming facility.
