I'm being told appointments are the priority. Eric my "sales rep" told me he would send it shortly at 10AM. That turned out to be a lie. He completely ghosted me because I'm angry it takes hours to purchase a car with cash in hand. They don't want your money unless you make it convenient for them. And guess what? Viewing my car across the street he said it might go for one price however he'd have to have an appraiser look at it closer yet he didn't think there was one on-site that day but he could try to find a manager. Giving the keys to my car for a closer inspection, the value of my perfectly conditioned vehicle went down by 1-2K for bullshit reasons that were completely unfounded. Ultimately, he tried to tell me that my 2019 Lexus F Sport with less miles than the 2019 Honda Accord Touring was worth less trade in wise and I would owe money towards getting the Honda. Insurance would argue otherwise; a Lexus is a luxury vehicle. Not a Honda. The value of my car is not worth less than a Honda, especially not the same year and less mileage. save your time and gas. dont go here.

The weekend prior to them picking it up, the motor went. Yes, a 2024 Yamaha f200 with 60 hrs on it went. It was filled with water. Anyway long story short, they had my boat for over a month, didn't take care of the issues that they were initially there for. And the motor took well over the 8hrs Craig Estelle, the service manager claimed it would take. it actually took over 10 days. When I get the boat back, it's all messed up. They destroyed 5 panels of sea deck, didn't do repairs, and my motor trim isn't working properly, or the gauge. To top it off Paul Gioe, the owner, blocks my emails. I sent all the managers an email demanding the repairs to be made. And Paul calls me and tells me " We are not working on your boat. You are no longer allowed to bring your boat here. We are not dealing with a Philadelphia wise guy." He also claimed the boat looked like that when they got it. And he has pictures. But he would not send me them. "I don't need to prove you anything." This is how they react when they mistreat customers property, and the customer wants it made right. Such a circus act over there. Just be careful. Yes this is my second review on the place, but I didn't take my own advice and go to Long Island or MD.

I was kept appraised on the status of the vehicle, which needed a very heavy cleaning after dealing with flooding and major wear-and-tear. Throughout the process, I never felt that I was being over-sold a product. He also kept price top of mind on my behalf, since I was doing this as a gift, plus spending a good deal (again, justifiably so. The videos he sent me throughout the process had me amazed that one car can hold so much dirt). I trust Anthony and his team for their hard work and dedication to their customer base. His appreciation for those who take advantage of his services were evident. While speaking with him about the car, he not only remembered me from using him years ago (my trunk and a can of WD-40 did not mix. On the day of the install, the tech calls and said "I dont have the parts, they didn't tell me I needed them." Ok, very frustrating, but I rescheduled AND called back to CONFIRM that they knew what vehicle they were replacing. They said yes, all set. Then, on the morning of the second appointment, the tech called me and said, "Okay, so it will be $651." Yes, almost THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS more. I called the office and the guy said, "well, it's an FJ Cruiser and it needs special parts." Well no kidding, you knew that from the beginning! What an absolute joke and waste of my time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. There is no way they have a 4.7 out of 5 stars, that has to be fake. Run as fast as you can from this joke of a company.
