Three quotes for the same job from Benz Collision (images attached) - refused to honor the in writing/text version #2 on a scratch and dent fix. Quote 1) many items on both sides - $3,500 Quote 2) updated for just one side, "just a mistake on the original quote" - $1,700 Quote 3) updated again back to $2,700 for the smaller repair "we don't know who sent that quote but we won't do that" *very different line items on every quote. Insisted on repairing the entire panel for a lower panel dent. It seems others have had a better experience, but my regret is not finding a body shop you know or refer through a friend. read more

We had another car (slowly) back into ours in a parking lot. We needed a written estimate for our insurance company. We called a few places but many do not give written estimates unless you are going to get your car actually fixed by them because the process of pricing out all of the parts, labor, etc., takes too much time. Benz was available for us to come in on a Saturday, take photos of the car, and get us a written estimate in about 10 minutes. Benz has some software that allows them to price and generate estimates very efficiently. As a side note, the estimate that we received from Benz was right in line with two other oral estimates that we received which other places did not have the time to put into writing. Rating Benz on the service for the estimate alone, I give them 5+ stars. The staff was friendly and quick. If we end up getting the body work done, we'll definitely consider Benz and will update our review at that time to incorporate that work. read more

Mo and his team are the best. I had old damage on my 2014 honda accord that i never bothered getting fixed but recently decided to handle it and didn't want to go through insurance. My car looks brand new.
