I damaged the upper front panel of a Promaster van by hitting a beam in a garage. I shopped around for a body shop and was told the windshield would have to be removed, the panel cut out, and a new panel welded in place. An expensive proposition. The windshield may have to be replaced. We could either have insurance pay for it or pay out of pocked. We chose out of pocket because we have 3 cars insured and knew our premiums would go way up. Full disclosure - I haven't used CG&E for my car. But I just got off the phone with them as I was inquiring about getting a full paint job on my Tesla to give it new life. The person I spoke with informed me that they don't usually work on Teslas because they aren't Tesla certified. If they were to unplug any wiring for the job it would cancel out my warranty. After reading the amazing reviews, I decided to reach out to get a quote to fix my bumpers/windshield. Victor responded right away and was extremely kind and helpful. I was able to send him photos of the damages and he gave me a rough estimate, which was very convenient.
