I took my little sports coupe to Bartlett's to get advice on the best way to remedy some chips and scratches. After talking about different options, we landed on the lower cost option of me ordering the touch-up kit for my car's paint color. I asked if I could pay him to do the touch ups (I didn't want to mess it up) and he said sure. Yesterday I took the car over to him -- he did all the touch ups. My car got hit in the back. They told me how long it would take to fix and how much it would cost. They arranged for a rental car to be ready for me. They estimated 4 to 5 days. Called me after 2 days to say they were on track. Called again on day 4 to say it would be ready the next day. They are communicative , Friendly and polite. This review is NOT regarding the quality work that this shop does. If the other reviews are true they must be good at what they do. I called earlier this week regarding some work that I needed done on my car. The person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and asked me to come by for an evaluation. Once I got there, I couldn't find a spot to park. So I parked in the lot opposite the shop and walked over to ask one of the employees who was working on a car where I can park. Without looking at me the person barked at me "in the driveway". I couldn't see a spot to park in the driveway. Without letting me finish my follow up question the response was a even ruder and louder "in the driveway". Nevertheless, not trusting my car with this shop if there is even the remotest chance that this dude will be in the vicinity of it. Well I can verify all the great reviews here on Yelp. I made an appt to have them look at my car that got swiped while parked. I had tried cleaning it thinking it was just paint transfer, but it seemed like it was my paint that had been scraped off. Chris took one look at it, got a rag and some industrial strength solvent, and proceeded to wipe off what was actually some other car's tire marks. No charge, and with a smile. No BS estimate to repaint. Would 100% go back to them with a job and 100% recommend them for their ethics. read more

I brought my 2017 Mustang to Bartlett's to have them paint and install a new aftermarket hood, and they went above and beyond to ensure that the new hood fit and functioned properly. There was a alignment issue initially, but Pete was able to fabricate a custom made hinge plate to resolve the issue and the new hood looks great. Throughout the entire process, Pete was responsive and transparent about the status of my car, and you could really sense that he took pride in his work and did not want to take any short cuts that would jeopardize quality. Just got my car back from their shop a little more than a half hour ago. I'm very impressed with the final result of the repairs. I chose Bartlett's Auto Body out of all the choices I had for AAA-partnered repairs. It not only had the best reviews (only one negative one here that didn't apply to me), but was close by and the small business scale led me to believe they would take extra care. I definitely wasn't wrong picking this place. All communication pre and post scheduling was quick, responsive, and friendly, and each of the workers who I talked to had plenty of patience both for any questions I had about repairs, as well as understanding of when I was busy and had to get back to them. They were very accommodating in this regard. As for the repairs themselves, the repairs are excellent and it literally looks like there was no accident at all. The repairs that needed to be done on my car were fixing/replacing a dent on the fender, replacing a headlight and the underhood housing, a hubcap replacement, and a few other things related to a corner collision with surface damage. all of these repairs were taken care of perfectly. The paint is excellent, all dents and blemishes are completely gone, and housing of other parts look in place. I haven't tested the new headlight yet but I'm sure it's fine. Wheel alignment is great. On top of all this, they did a courtesy vacuum of my car (completely above and beyond imo), and they actually finished repairs a day early. They called me yesterday afternoon to schedule a pickup but I was busy so I had to tell them I'd come at the scheduled time today (in truth I was trying to get through as much of a series on Netflix as I could before Netflix took it down lol). I was even late by an hour today for pickup and they didn't give me any grief over it. The other major bonus is that one of the owners has his 1-year old Labrador-mix puppy in the lobby for company and they allow customers to pet him. Very cute dog and it's great that they provide people who have had dog-petting withdrawals a chance to fix that :P Not sure what else to say. This place was perfect. If you need a shop for repairs asap or you're a AAA customer deciding which shop is best for you, this one is the one I recommend. read more

My 10 year old Honda was experiencing some paint chips near the rear back glass, something that is rather hard to fix and costly. I did some research and decided that it might be best to have the quarter panel sanded, primed and re-painted. I went in and met with PK and he basically advised me that it wasn't worth the money given the age of my car. He suggested that I pickup a paint correction kit from Honda and to bring it by. One of his workers carefully applied the paint perfectly and for now, it's solved my problem. They did this at no charge! I know where to go if I ever run into auto body/paint needs again. Recently had a motorized wheelchair run into my parked car. There were a couple dings/dents, scratches, and marks all over the door. Since Bartlett's is on CSAA list of recommended providers,, I went over there for a quote. They were very friendly, evaluated the car right away, took pics, and gave me an estimate (as well as uploaded the info to CSAA) I told them that since the vehicle that hit me wasn't a "car", that the other person's insurance might not cover the damage. They said in the meantime, they would buff out the marks and some of the scratches w/o charge. He grabbed an impregnated rag and buffed out the tire marks. The area looks so much better!!! He also pushed in the fender paneling to make it even. Even though I didn't get get work done here, they checked off all the boxes in my mind as well as going beyond with complimentary buffing out of my door! Grateful to have a reasonable looking car while the insurance works things out. read more

These guys are the best. We had a tricky problem with our RV where the seat belt would randomly lock up. Winnebago was very unresponsive and sent out the wrong parts, but Pete was patient, kept following up with the company and kept us in the loop. I went to meet up with a friend on the east side of 101. Call me an idiot, but I parked my 2 month old car outside the cafe and lo and behold, it was keyed by the time I came out.
