(My quote was almost $1600 not including the money they robbed me of) They said they still needed to charge me ($217) because they topped off (it wasn't empty) and recharge my ac. I didn't ask them to do either of those things, just to run a diagnostic which I would have paid for if there was a cost for that, no problem. I asked the man at the counter if doing those things was going to temporarily help with the cold air and he said yes. A lie. Come to find out because my issue is my compressor, recharging and adding more Freon was a total waste of time and money. That's $217 wasted on something I didn't even ask them to do. I imagine they won't be willing to refund me so all I can do is try to help someone else to STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me. The heat still wasn't working but he said it probably needed to be driven and sure enough the heat started working with in not even five minutes.
