They are kind, respectful, knowledgeable, intelligent, smart, personable, and accommodating to each customer. I still go to Walmart for vaccinations, they do that well though the wait is pretty long. CVS in Sunnyvale is the worst for everything. The communication and accuracy there is not good. The friendly pharmacist at Sunnyvale Pharmacy answers my questions, finds the best price for my prescription with my two insurances and fills my order promptly. I like the independent business atmosphere where I actually get to speak to the pharmacist instead of a succession of rotating staff with a lot of customers bustling around. Most of the Walmart customer services workers here are also much nicer. It's a smaller grocery store but has most of what I need and is the closest to my home. After having my wallet stolen from the Walmart Supercenter location on Hwy 80, on Christmas Eve no less, I will be more selective about the Walmart locations I shop at. They are not all the same. Some locations are more protective of their older customers.

I just needed a flu shot and didn't want to wait for hours in a room full of sick people at an urgent care to get one. Let me tell you why Minute Clinic is the way to go. Step One: Find the closest Minute Clinic to you and register online (or through the app), saving your place in line. Step Two: Wait comfortably at home - or work - until your estimated wait time is almost over, then drive to your Minute Clinic. Step Three: Check in at the Minute Clinic kiosk where you will be the next person seen by the nurse practitioner. My estimated wait time was an hour, which gave me plenty of time to finish work for the day and drive to CVS. After checking in the kiosk, the total time of my visit - including waiting for the NP and getting my flu shot - was 15 minutes. Flu shot acquired and there was no need to employ back alley tactics. Score one for easy preventative health.
