I've had pretty negative experiences with various CVS pharmacies over the years, so did not have high hopes for the one especially when reading other reviews, but I have been very pleasantly surprised by every interaction with pharmacists at this location. They are consistently friendly and very helpful. Most recently, I was trying to get a hard to fill prescription transferred from another pharmacy, and this CVS also did not have it in stock. The pharmacist went out of his way to find the medication at another location for me. read more

Briana at the pharmacy was incredibly rude. She screamed at me at the drive through and threw my prescriptions at me. I have never been treated this way and wanted to let management know. The manager even had to come over and tell her to not be rude while she was getting my prescriptions. Not sure what is going on with her but not a good look! read more

The store itself smells of cigarettes by the front door. I believe it is from the store office that is next to the entrance. The store itself is smaller than most CVS stores, but has most of everything you need. The employees seem to be friendly and helpful. Pharmacy does not stay open late week nights or weekends so call ahead if you need to pick up an Rx. Walgreens is across the street, so compare prices on meds before getting your Rx filled...you may save a couple of bucks. read more

Phamarcist, rude without a reason. My husband and I pull up to the CVS at the corner of LAKELAND AND FERGUSON, get to the drive thru, wait a few minutes. Finally, the pharmacist named Brianna, opens the window, asks what we need, comes back within seconds and says they have nothing for us. I tell her what it is I'm looking for, she says they already put it back as tomorrow would be my last day for pickup. I showed her the CVS text message stating that. She says, yeah but we don't have it anymore. So I say," can I wait to get it?" She snaps back with," Later this afternoon" mind you guys, this is a birth control ring in a package they put in a fridge. So we drive off but after her slamming the window, I decided to go in and see what's going on. Bad day? Maybe I didn't understand her well from being in the car. I get to the counter and she looks up and says,"Be with you in a minute" as she moves papers around on a counter top, not really looking down at them. Just looking busy. She walks over, I explain to her it's not a prescription that needs to be filled, just handed over. She says,"it will be ready for you later" they're not...busy. Me and 5 other folks are in there. So it looks like her and the other girl were maybe slacking behind on their work if I can't get a package of foil with a ring inside from them. I ask if she can call the other pharmacy for a transfer. She says I'll have to call them myself. I ask for her name, I tell her the reason is her very rude demeanor, she retorts back," I wasn't being rude. My name is Brianna." I took off to the front to tell the manager where she says this girl has been needing and get it often," COACHING COUNSEL"???? I'm taking matters elsewhere, Nobody should have time for a rude pharmacist. They give us our pills to...live. She's lucky it wasn't my blood pressure medication she was keeping from me. read more

Slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. Prescriptions are never ready on time. There is ALWAYS a line inside the store and at the drive thru, no matter what day of the week or time of day you go. I finally switched all my scripts to a store that is much farther away from where I live just so I can get them on time. read more

Your asshole bumbling assistant manager in the pharmacy who taunted me by playfully saying he's going "charge me twice" needs to be retrained! I made a comment about how long he's taking and he got snarky with me right off the bat. At least tell your customer what's going on if you're going to take so long! He needs his ass kicked but he's old. That's the nail in the coffin for me. I just needed an excuse to get my scripts from Walgreens since I shop there anyway! What a bullshit experience! I honestly am speechless after my experience last night in the pharmacy. I needed eye drops along with picking up the prescription so i took care of my shopping, the got in line behind one woman. Who had not been acknowledged by either pharmacy staff. I waited there for about 5 minutes and watched. I could not believe this woman was doing what she was doing. She was ignoring us and almost rubbing it in our faces. I finally asked if she was aware that we were standing there. Her annoyed response was to tell me that shed get to us in a minute, just as a car pulled into the drive thru. She saw the car then said they have to take care of the drive thru first. But rather then acknowledge the drive thru customer she went back to sorting prescriptions while the now 3 customers waited. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation and went to the front of the store to checkout there deciding to get my script later. I then told the lady working the register about my frustration with the situation and her response was "Im not surprised". Whoever manages this store should be fired, i have rarely witnessed such a blatant display of disregard for customers and professionalism. Cashier working at 4:30 pm 9-10-19 in front of store was incredibly rude to me when I asked her to help me locate an item in the pet section. The item was not on the aisle she said it was. In fact, it wasn't in the store at all. Her tone of voice became condescending and angry when I told her the item was not in its usual location. I told her I would just go elsewhere. She said that was fine with her. I now know why Walgreens across the street always has a full parking lot and CVS is usually empty. This woman definitely is not doing your store any favors. Awful. Truly. Went to Walgreens, found the item with help from a courteous clerk and will not be going to this store any more. read more

Was very disappointed at the lack of desire from clerk to assist me. I explained that I didn't understand what the product was and she basically rolled her eyes and let out an exasperated sigh. There were no customers in line behind me, but she clearly didn't want to be bothered. Like I was inconveniencing her to show me directly. Arrived 10 minutes before closing on 6/17/2015 after "Walgreens fiasco" a block away (see below)...Totally COOL Pharmacist lady (wish I had got her name to give her a callout) takes care of me Had gone to WALGREENS first who were terrible -- drop off prescription for 3 things at 6pm, wait a long time in line, give my insurance card, they tell me to come back at "8 or 8:30" ...;I come back at 8:30, still not ready, then they say only 2 of 3 in stock...ask for my insurance card AGAIN...then say they won't take my insurance!!! (which is high end from work) ... want me to pay $100+ for the 2 they have You think you could have told me at 6pm you didn't take my insurance??? ...so instead go down the road to CVS pharmacy, cool lady gets it done, with insurance covering huge portion (2 of 3 FREE to me) GO TO CVS PHARMACY INSTEAD! Nicer people there, better service by million miles, and no waiting in lines! read more

Worst pharmacy in Dallas. Period. If they say it'll be ready in 30 mins, assume it'll be ready in 2-3 days.
