WOW!!! I think Maki may very well be superhuman! This morning, our car was about 85% white dog hair, 10% peanut butter from dog treats for the aforementioned dog, and 5% dust. Maki came by early, and in a driving rain/lightning storm (I was actually terrified for his personal safety), spent HOURS upon HOURS meticulously detailing the car -- there is not ONE dog hair left or one smudge of peanut butter/dust/anything, the upholstery looks BRAND new, and it smells fantastic! I bought a AMG C43 Mercedes in matte. My first indication that I would have a problem was when the Mercedes dealer, after getting it inspected, said he didn't want to run it through the car wash bc of the matte finish. Wait, what? That began my research into matte finishes and why you should do your homework BEFORE you buy. Matte paint requires all kinds of TLC, like you really have to know what your doing to maintain the finish. I am not one to normally write reviews, as you will see, I don't think I have ever written one before, but I felt compelled to do one today. I had Maki detailed my wife's car yesterday. We have 3 young kids, so our car is a disaster. I really wish I had taken before and after photos, because what he did was absolutely amazing. Milk stains? gone. food ground into the floor? gone. And most amazingly, the crayon that was left on a seat and completely melted into the seat? gone as well. He could not have been nicer, despite spending hours out in 90+ degree heat working on the car. And he is mobile, so he came to our house to do the work, saving me time and effort.
