After the procedure was done, from that moment it got worse. On several occasions, I was charged $50 just because Dr. Noeller touched my dog. Mind you, everyone knows my dog's leg is broken, and it's in her records. So i was confused as to why an exam was needed. On top of that, if you ever need to bring your pet in regarding an emergency, you will be charged $50 for a same day appt. The last appt I specifically told them that I just want a bandage change for my puppy and nothing else. They took it upon themselves to add x-rays when I specifically said no. But there is the kicker. They had the audacity to sneak it in the price. If I wasn't careful, they would have gotten over on me. I would never come back to this place ever again.

She was trying to control him when he started barking when he heard another dog outside and was aggressive acting toward him. He was already in a mussel and not happy when she looked at his paws but to act like that to a 110 pound german shepherd that has never been to a vet is the most unprofessional Vet Doc could ever be. Upon arrival home, found out that there was no steroid, but instead an anti-inflammatory that he is already taking! Cost of their bottle is $33 for 14 pills. Chewy cost is $22.60/60 tablets FOR SAME MEDICINE! Went back the following day to get steroid or return unopened meds and was told there was "miscommunication," that after the vet looked at the chart, she determined that he could not take a steroid with his antibiotic. I told receptionist that was fine, but that information was never relayed to me, and because he was already taking the same medication, I wanted to return unopened medication for a refund. Receptionist would not take back anti-inflammatory and would not refund my $33 because it was "policy." My opinion is that this is NOT the way to conduct business!

I understand some of the complaints I read below, and have experienced all of those things myself, including the front desk rudeness, the lack of being able to get an appointment for a sick pet, the wait times, and the upselling. It has frustrated me to the extent that I was looking for another vet, even though I love Dr. Barnett and Dr. Byrd. If I had learned about the vet recommended by Barbara S., below, I might have tried him or her out. BUT yesterday was different. I DID have to wait about 30 minutes, BUT it was because they had an emergency right before my appointment, so I'm definitely forgiving that. As they say on "All Creatures Great and Small," the animals have to come first. When the tech. finally came in, she was conscientious, friendly, and loved on my wee doggy. She took down my long story about weekend tummy troubles practically word-for-word as I spoke. Then when Dr. Byrd came in, she was both professional and loving. She always remembers my 15-year old doggy, and reminds me each time how lucky I am to have her. (I KNOW that! chuckle.) So I'm going back to the five stars I always used to give even though it's not perfect. I know that new building and parking lot cost them a bundle, and I guess they want to upsell a little bit to help pay for it. I certainly don't mind paying for the tests once a year for my geriatric puppy. I appreciate Dr. Byrd's attentiveness and good detective work. She is always Seussie's good doctor. I will stick with Randolph Animal Hospital.

He has taken excellent care of the animals in our whole family…read more He's compassionate and has gone out of his way to help when we had a very sick animal, even meeting us at the clinic on a Sunday morning early. We always feel comfortable leaving our animals in his care, even if it's just for boarding. I recommend Center Veterinary and Dr. Coble with the utmost confidence.

I called every place within 20 miles and nobody could take her. Southgate was my last call before I tried expanding my search to Greensboro. They were about to close but said I could bring her right in and they would wait for us. What life savers! They were very knowledgeable and professional as well as kind and friendly. They treated her eye and gave me meds on site for her injury. Great family run vet clinic. Highly recommend them. Be sure to bring cash or check as they don't accept credit or debit. My initial emergency visit with 3 meds cost me about $170. Just to give you an idea of how much to bring. Her follow up second visit was $78. Plan accordingly.
