I called MANY other companies -- none of which could or were willing to provide assistance in getting me and my vehicle to safety. Once I was fortunate enough to reach Floyd's, help was on the way. They sent not 1 but 2 trucks and the drivers teamed up to get my vehicle loaded on a flatbed and hauled it, and me, to a local shop they recommended where I could not have been more warmly received. The driver of the first truck is named ADAM and of the second truck, JEREMY. These guys were STELLAR. They were genuinely concerned about my welfare and in helping me and treated me my vehicle with utmost respect. AND, I thought the price was very fair. THANK YOU GUYS. Then was charged another $150 because it was a "keyless tow" since I had the key on my person. Then was charged $80 a day storage fee when again Wisconsin law says they can only charge $25 outdoor fee $35 for indoor fee. The car was towed ona Tuesday evening and I was released from jail and attempted to retrieve my vehicle on Friday morning (less than 3 days later) and they claim that they aren't open and wouldn't be open until Tuesday because Monday was a holiday (Memorial Day) & state law says they cannot charge for storage fees on days that they are not open for 4 hours or longer nor can then charge the storage fees for anything after the day of attempting to retrieve the car And then apparently there's these made up extra fees I'm being charged for a grand total of $1100 to get my car back .
