The customer service is extraordinary. The best thing though, is being able to drop the car off and say "do whatever need to be done" and go off knowing that I don't have to worry about anything. The necessary work will be done, the price will be reasonable, and the car will be safe and functioning. Even trust them to tell me when it's time to put the old thing down. I think that will depend on availability of parts, but so far so good. And speaking of parts, they will take the time to find parts for you, instead of telling you to DIY.

They brought it into the shop right away and took the clutch apart and found that the fork had broken. Even though it had shown no signs of stress or cracking when they rebuilt it, they felt that the new plate and springs caused the failure so they replaced it free of charge. Had it back less than a day later. Talk about EXCELLENT customer service! I have used them for other transmission work over the years, and have always been quite satisfied with the work they have done. This was above and beyond!

The vehicle was fully functional when I arrived, no problem on the keys at all! After an inspection, I was given a quote of over $2k which I declined as it was far too expensive for the issue. After waiting a long time to get my car back, I went to ask what was going on and was told my car wouldn't start, and they didn't know why. They insisted the issue was likely related to an ignition problem they had mentioned during a visit back in August -- even though I explained that problem had already been resolved, and my car was working perfectly when I brought it in (besides the noise) They kept pushing me to leave the car and pay them to investigate, despite my repeated explanations. I also asked to speak with the shop owners and was refused, with no proper resolution offered. After three hours of back and forth, I finally called a tow truck to remove my car from the shop. When the tow arrived, we discovered the real reason it wouldn't start: They opened my key and removed the chip inside. This is completely unacceptable and deeply dishonest. Any reputable business should operate with transparency and integrity, this place clearly does not. I do not recommend this shop under any circumstances!

I recently moved to a different part of town, where I was hoping to find a mechanic shop closer to…read moremy home. I appreciate the mechanic that found the problem and got my car going again, but I didn't appreciate the greasy hand print on my interior. Ryan, the desk clerk tried blaming it on the tow truck driver until I told him the driver had gloves on when he towed my car to this shop. My starter was replaced on a Friday, but I had to wait for a new battery cable to be shipped on Monday. I called for an update Monday at 1pm and Ryan said "Well since I haven't called you yet, I guess you're car isn't ready yet." I told him I was invited to a baseball game that night, and wanted to check on my car. There's a 10 minute video on Utube on How to change a battery cable on a 2012 Buick. I called back at 230pm, Ryan said my mechanic was busy helping the other mechanic with another car, and my car still wasn't ready. Finally, I got my car back at 430pm and found the greasy hand print as I was trying to get to the game on time. Ryan sent me a survey and I gave them 2 star's. He called me and yelled at me about the review, he said You should have called me about the greasy hand print! I said You make things right, and I'll update my review. He told me to come back at 1pm Tuesday, the day after Memorial day to get an oil change and my interior cleaned..Now, I just called to confirm for today and he thought the appointment was for Wednesday. From me having to wait for Ryan while he was at a chiropractor during my first visit, to the chauvinistic way he explained everything to me like I was mentally disabled. I've had enough.. They took my car in with late notice Tuesday morning, had it fixed and back on the road by Tuesday afternoon so I could get to my new job on Wednesday morning. Wednesday when I was driving home from work, I started hearing an awful hissing sound behind the dash. The shop had already closed by the time I would have been making my call so I didn't know exactly what to do. I decided to meet them at the shop when it opened this morning because the guys were so good about getting the previous repair done. I was dreading the thought of having to pay for a second repair in such a short time period (but trust me, that is my luck), and I had resigned myself to that being my reality. I just talked with Jamie at the shop and he said they will be covering the expense for the second repair because they are convinced they should have seen the damage yesterday.
