I thought I would get a jump on the situation by visiting a center. I signed a waiver and a very friendly staff member showed me around. Most impressive. There is a relaxation area with massage chairs after a workout. In the ladies locker room, you'll find a huge supply of towels, showers, lockers, sauna, infrared studio, & cold plunge. There are separate studios set up for slowing activities such as Pilates and yoga and another studio set up for higher activity classes. There is a room full of gym equipment, free weights, TRX, barbells, Bosu balls and so much more. I'm excited! Looking forward to this new gym joining the area! Plenty of parking and WiFi on site.

My trainer Austin is excellent to work with and is helping me achieve my goals. I've lost almost 15 lbs in 5 months and my body composition has dramatically changed. His workouts are effective and challenging. He pushes me on the weight but I need that push. Austin helps me understand the "why" behind the exercise which I appreciate. I have prior injuries but have had zero issue with inflammation or pain which speaks very highly of his expertise. Another plus is that he is a boxer so I added boxing to my sessions for cardio. The billing practices are so shady; DO NOT trust anything they tell you and read everything you sign. They told me they cancelled my account from their end, and after continuous charges, advised me to call THEIR third-party financial inc., only for that inc. to tell me it is an inside EoS issue. I am still paying. Aside from the financial scamming, the employees at the Via Linda location struck me as ego-lifters, more concerned with their own physique and buddies than customer service or fitness in general. There is a very uncomfortable vibe there - a lot of employee-to-guest flirting and staring. I'd go as far as to say customer experience varies depending on what you look like, unfortunately. Overall, if you think you're a young hot-shot looking for community, EoS is probably for you. If you're looking for a safe and clean place to work out, go somewhere else. EoS is easily the most judgemental gym I have ever been to. Made the switch to PF, and people there are not weird or sexual and overall very kind. EoS, if you read this, please cancel my membership. It was about the start of the quarantine period that my husband was inspired to begin to invest in his health and provide himself with self care. Since the gyms were closed, he looked for personal trainings and that's how he found Steve! My husband over the course of 4-5 months has lost 25 lbs through Steve's guidance in intermittent fasting and the exercise work out regime he would receive three times a week. He went to Steve three times a week, and each month there was a VERY VISIBLE change to his waistline, his body got toner, his metabolism leveled out, and his posture got better.
