The area is tiny and they have one singular chair to sit in while you wait. Multiple customers to the gas station came in to get food/drinks and I had to awkwardly get out of their way while I waited. They were also running behind so they couldn't get to my car for at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. They did a good job on the car and had a detailed report plus the oil change for a very fair price but honestly I'll probably go somewhere else next time cause its just less convenient when they don't have an adequate waiting room for people getting something quick done.

I found Rick's Car Care on Yelp and saw they were listed as open until noon. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying they were actually closed on Saturdays. I decided to knock anyway, and I'm so glad I did! To my surprise, a gentleman named Jimmi answered the door. After I explained the situation, he graciously offered to take a look at my tire, despite being closed for the day. He quickly assessed the damage and was able to fix it with a simple plug. Not only did Jimmi go out of his way to help me, but he also treated me fairly and didn't try to overcharge me just because I was from out of town. The whole repair was fast, VERY affordable, and I was back on the road in under 10 minutes. Jimmi was an absolute lifesaver! His kindness and willingness to help a stranger truly made my day. Ny last trip they replaced my front rotors which I thought would be expensive. When I got the bill I found they covered the rotors and installation under warranty without even talking to me about it. On another occasion I had a loud rattle only when the car was cold and they found the problem that only required bending a metal bracket near the tailpipe.
