When you call, you may have to leave a message for them to call you back. Also, check their hours of operation. Staff were helpful on the phone and even more pleasant in person. I made an appointment to pick up my prosthesis and they had it ready to go. They take care of billing my health insurance so I do not have to worry about that. The products are of good quality, and they stock reliable brands on the market.

Enter Paige, an absolute lifesaver! She is patient, compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and explains everything about compression gear in a way that makes sense. Thanks to her, I was fitted perfectly and felt completely supported. Six months later, I returned for a new pair and learned I actually needed pantyhose instead of stockings -- something I wouldn't have realized without trying the original compression socks. Paige was so knowledgeable and even helped me coordinate with my PT and insurance to get exactly what I needed for my circulation. If you're new to compression wear or just need a reliable place to purchase, this is the spot. Paige goes above and beyond. If I could rate her 10/10, I would!

    Had a CPAP ordered through PAMF script was sent over and processed. Customer service people were…read moregreat. The problem was the computer side of things and the appointment system. I had to do most of the leg work for them to check the authorization. My insurance authorized the device and everything within a day but I had to be the one to get the authorization number and call around to get that sorted out for them to ship the CPAP. Then I was unable to schedule an appointment for a mask fitting. This was despite probably about 7 to 12 different phone calls with their customer service. Multiple messages through their chat system and voicemails left with no answer. It took about two weeks to finally get someone to even offer an appointment. When I did get to their respiratory person I was told I would get a call back within a few a day or two. That never happened. By the time they finally offered me an appointment which would have been a week later I had already switched my script. While on the other hand I was able to get my script changed to another DME company within a day and they were able to process everything including ordering me an another CPAP within 48 hours without my assistance.
