Wort repair experience I have ever had. Will not be returning…read more Our Chrysler Pacifica recently had the engine fail due to water ingestion. It arrived at the dealership on October 15th and was not released back to us until December 23rd. After the investigation the insurance company would pay for a used engine to replace the current one. I received a call from the dealership suggesting that we purchase a new engine instead. When I declined I was followed up with a text message. This was October 24th. This was also the last unprompted call I received with any updates. I had to initiate all calls updating me on status of the van. After the engine was installed there were problems with the way it ran and error codes. With each conversation they motioned that it may be that its a used engine that's the problem. They then replaced the transfer case and still had issues. This was about a month later. After That they still had no clue what was wrong so said they had to reach out to Chrysler Directly. All the time we were down a car due to Insurance only offering 30 days and the dealership stating they did not have loaners and did not comp rentals. I later overheard during my pickup a different customer specifically talking about his loaner vehicle they gave him and if it was still no charge which I heard them confirm. It was not until the O2 sensor was replaced on December 22nd that they finally drove it with no errors. When I then asked when it would be ready he gave a vague answer of that they wanted to drive it some more before letting it go. It was for that reason I showed up on the morning of the 23rd. A full 68 days after receiving the van I finally got it back. While the vehicle was repaired and is running great now there are many things this dealership service center needs to work on. The dealership was not communicative with myself or my wife the entire time the vehicle sat with them. It often felt like days went by with no work or progress and in no way did they try to keep us up to date. I also feal that they sat on the vehicle confused on what to do too long before reaching out to Chrysler. It made it seem like we were not a priority and left us fully unsatisfied.

I have a ram truck now that they can't even fix I do not recommend to buy a vehicle from them or to get service either. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever been through such stress in my entire life. I'm 65 years old looking to buy me a truck to retire with. This dealership needs a serious overhaul

Since I can't leave a review at my local location...Drivetime of Wilmington NC, I'll do it here on…read morethe Conway page! In March I went to my local Drivetime after being approved online. I purchased a 2017 Kia Sorento which drove excellent for three months. In that time, Drivetime was calling and texting me consistently to make sure I did all the administrative work including my registration etc. And with all these calls, my salesperson and his manager consistently told me to call if there were ever any issues. On our family vacation in June, the Kia shut off on the side of I95. I made it to a Meineke where we found out that the engine was cooked. BUT I had the Silver Rock warranty! They said go ahead and rent a car, finish your vacation, we'll pay $30 a day for your rental it will be fine! Turns out this was actually a full Kia recall on the engine and Silver Rock and Drivetime wouldn't cover a single penny of the repair or rental reimbursement. Here, Kia stepped in and replaced the full engine for free in two weeks, and covered some of the rental reimbursement. During this time, Drivetime wanted nothing to do with me. They didn't return my calls and any time I did get someone on the phone, they couldn't wait to get off! Fastforward to late July and August, two weeks after engine replacement the check engine light is on. NOW, Kia says it's the exhaust manifold catalytic converter! and it's a $2500 repair! To summarize, I bought this used car from Drivetime that now required a full engine replacement (and this recall wasn't listed at time of purchase with Drivetime, nor was it on any paperwork.) Now, I've been making $450 of car payments every month for a total lemon. And Drivetime has absolved themselves of all responsibility stating it's a Kia problem. If anything, I'd just like to trade the car in to get something else but according to them, I can't do that for a year with my financing. I've called several times, talked to a sales agent and the manager is supposed to call me back any minute....lol. Not holding my breath. I understand that I bought a used car but, as someone with a decade of sales experience, and years in local government customer service, this has been a joke. Drivetime Wilmington pushes you off the lot, they make their commission, and it's see ya later idiot! I would never recommend Drivetime to my friends, family, or my worst enemy. Nor would I recommend Silver Rock or Bridgecrest. This is why no one trust used car salesmen. Go F YOURSELF DRIVETIME #drivetimewilmingtonnc
