Wort repair experience I have ever had. Will not be returning. Our Chrysler Pacifica recently had the engine fail due to water ingestion. It arrived at the dealership on October 15th and was not released back to us until December 23rd. After the investigation the insurance company would pay for a used engine to replace the current one. I received a call from the dealership suggesting that we purchase a new engine instead. When I declined I was followed up with a text message. This was October 24th. This was also the last unprompted call I received with any updates. I had to initiate all calls updating me on status of the van. After the engine was installed there were problems with the way it ran and error codes. With each conversation they motioned that it may be that its a used engine that's the problem. They then replaced the transfer case and still had issues. This was about a month later. After That they still had no clue what was wrong so said they had to reach out to Chrysler Directly. All the time we were down a car due to Insurance only offering 30 days and the dealership stating they did not have loaners and did not comp rentals. I later overheard during my pickup a different customer specifically talking about his loaner vehicle they gave him and if it was still no charge which I heard them confirm. It was not until the O2 sensor was replaced on December 22nd that they finally drove it with no errors. When I then asked when it would be ready he gave a vague answer of that they wanted to drive it some more before letting it go. It was for that reason I showed up on the morning of the 23rd. A full 68 days after receiving the van I finally got it back. While the vehicle was repaired and is running great now there are many things this dealership service center needs to work on. The dealership was not communicative with myself or my wife the entire time the vehicle sat with them. It often felt like days went by with no work or progress and in no way did they try to keep us up to date. I also feal that they sat on the vehicle confused on what to do too long before reaching out to Chrysler. It made it seem like we were not a priority and left us fully unsatisfied. read more

I was scheduled to buy a truck at 11 AM and got there and they had already sold the truck. I had already talked to them about me paying them the cash difference for my trade no financing and they sold the truck the night before even though they made the appointment for me. I have a ram truck now that they can't even fix I do not recommend to buy a vehicle from them or to get service either. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever been through such stress in my entire life. I'm 65 years old looking to buy me a truck to retire with. Do not deal with this dealership dishonest people. Asked if the truck I looked at was available at the low finance rate RAM was offering and told the salesman at least six times not to run any hard inquiries and that I was pre-qualified, and they did it anyway. Never made a deal went home checked my credit report and saw 4 hard inquiries. Thank you, Tony, and Ruffin for a horrible experience. read more

They initially told us too bad it's as is!!! My husband wouldn't take that so they ended up buying it back from us but we lost over $1000 in fees. I purchased a vehicle from them. Within a couple of months, I started hearing noises. I take it in, and wheel bearings have to be replaced. Said it would be covered, and guess what it's not. I had another place fix it as they are expensive to repair my vehicle. It's rusted so badly under my vehicle. He looked at my tires. There was a hugh nail in it. He took pictures, and he said they tried to cover it up. Their is so much wrong with this vehicle. They did me dirty and sold me a lemon. I will be contacting the bbb. This is second time visiting this dealership. Saw a truck I was interested in online and made contact. Spoke to Michelle who does their internet traffic. She was helpful and pleasant and went to dealership to see vehicle. I was short on time and vehicle was being prepped. So I did a cursory inspection and would come back for test drive. Today I found time to test drive and stopped in. Mike spoke to me last visit and brought me out to lot for the drive. Unfortunately the truck would not start! Mike thinks it may be out of gas . He goes to find someone to fuel it. I waited for about 10 min. Then went into office to find Mike. Not there, likely trying to find some assistance. Looked back at truck, no one there. Being short on time I gave the keys to another salesman, asked him to have Mike call and left. It is not Mike's fault, but it makes me feel uncomfortable about the Service Dept. dependability. If they can't remember a basic task like fuel for a car thats for sale on the lot, what else was forgotten during servicing and prep. Giving the stars each for Michelle and Mike. They tried. So I will see if I get a call back after wasting my time there. I will update review up or down accordingly. read more

Shop somewhere else if you want honesty and integrity. This dealership lied straight to my face during a very emotional time for me. My experience at Conway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was very frustrating, and left me in disbelief at how they treat their customers. I needed to sell my father's truck after he passed away, and was considering doing a trade-in on a vehicle for my disabled, elderly uncle. Because the dealership's stock was low, they assured me that the price they quoted me for trade-in would also be the price for selling my truck outright. I was quoted $3,000 on a Friday afternoon, then returned the following day and let them know I had decided to just sell it because I didn't have time right now to wait on a trade-in to be available. I believe the man I spoke with was Bill?, as it was Brad Willis' boss. He said he could only give me $2,000, which was $1,000 less from the day before. I was shocked that they had lied to my face while looking me straight in the eyes the day before when they thought I may do a trade-in. I walked out in total disbelief. How in the world can they treat people like that? Finance guy, Steve, was also awesome! He didn't push or guilt me into buying a bunch of stuff I don't need and would not have bought anyway. I hate getting nickel and dimed at the end, so it was great that they didn't try any of that. Really awesome combo of people there! Had to travel a ways to get to the dealership, but it was worth it because they had the best selection of 2500's in a 50 mile radius. I just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk yesterday from these great people. They have sales staff that can tell you anything you need to know about the cars. They were not pushy and they treated us like Family. This was the best experienceI have ever had at a Dealership. I have bought about 20 cars over the years and this was by far the best. The finance guy had everything all lined up and ready he explained everything to me and was able to get me a great finance rate. Frank was the biggest help of all and he personally made sure I was taken care of. When you go to a dealership you expect to be there for hours and having a stressful experience, I am here to tell you not here. I was out of there in my new car test drive and all in about two hours. I will never buy another car there. My computer has been messed up since I bought it. I've complained at least 10 times. It freezes up half the time the heated driver's side seat doesn't work and they say there is nothing wrong with it. I've already paid for 1 more oil change after that I'll never be back. The guy at the desk always finds a way to make you feel stupid. Don't buy there because if something is wrong they won't fix it. After writing a very positive initial reveiw of this business, I have been forced to edit it based on recent events. They have apparently restaffed the service desk and the quality of their cusrtomer service has suffered dramatically. Taking my Jeep there for service is now a major undertaking and mostly unpleasant. I don't know if they are obsierving some "Take Your Kid to Work Day" but the last three times I have went there, I have been disappointed. Prior to my last oil change, I had the brakes on the front of the vehicle serviced. Twice since the service, I have taken the vehicle back due to brake noise. While I can hear it and my passengers can hear it, after checking it (for less than 3 minutues) the service team cannot hear it. So, while the dealership started out with top notch customer service, they are apparently not able to maintain it. I am dissatisfied to the point that I am going to another dealership for future service. The quality factor at Conway Chrysler Jeep has declined dramatically. read more

Very helpful dealer. Started on-line and worked with a very helpful Josh the internet sales guy who was patient and didn't hound me while I selected the vehicle I wanted. When I was ready to buy, he and his sales manager worked to find and trade another dealer for the vehicle with the options that I wanted. They spent several hours searching and negotiating then arranged a transfer from a dealer over 800 miles away to get me the vehicle I wanted. This is the worst dealership my wife and myself have ever dealt with. They saw we were a young couple and took complete advantage. First they over priced there vehicles like no tomorrow. Then they had the price close to where we wanted so the snuck in a extended warranty. At signing they quickly had you all the papers and say this is for this this is for this blah blah. Not really explaining it and at this time they had my wife sign for the warranty telling us that it was part of the vehicles original warranty. Didn't bother to clean the vehicle or give us any gas. We left and had to hit first gas station on the way out completely out. Then you call to cancel the vehicle warranty leave a message for the manager and never get a call back. This is the second time in 7 months ( give or take) that my husband and I have stopped by and walked around the lot with not one sales person coming over to help us. We stopped by this afternoon at 4 only to be ignored yet again. Will flat out lie to get you in the door. I don't mind the car shopping procedure but after a long day of work, its bad business to waste my time and miss out on the little bit of family time I get after work. Because of limited time, I laid out exactly what I'd be willing to pay after my truck appraisal, which came back exactly at the amount their online quote gave me prior to seeing it in person, so the condition of my trade did not change anything. This preset price was agreed upon and acknowledged by two sales managers Frank and I believe a Mike. I have written email statements from Michelle the internet specialist saying that they "are willing to make that deal". Its a horrible business to go back on that agreement when the person shows up and tell them they aren't being flexible on the price I'm willing to spend. It was already agreed on in writing. Don't get scammed by them. There are so many other dealers on 501 that have never blatantly lied to me before. August 2013 I Bought a 2013 ram. The finance manager is a snake. He lied and said the only way to get financed at a low interest rate and payment is to finance a $2800 service contract in with my loan due to my limited disability income. I told him that sounded very unusual and that I will check with Chrysler on that after I bought my vehicle. The finance manager said we got you at the payment you wanted and printed out a contract along with other paperwork. I read and sign the paperwork and at the signing of the contract he notices that I'm reading the paperwork he says here ill fold it for you I said there's no need to it's just one paper left the contract he says well I'll get you an envelope turns his chair around and switches contracts.. I looked at the payments on his computer and on the contract prior to the one he switched and signed it I went home with my new truck. A week later I call Chrysler ask about the service contract they said it was a lie so I cancelled it. Called back again the automated machine says my payments are $695. I said that can't be right I didn't agree to that. My income wouldn't even qualify for that amount. I ask a Chrysler rep was my payments this amount they said yes I looked at the contract and it was totally different than the one the sales manager and finance guy showed me. I called the dealership the sales manager answers my call soon as I tell him my name he transfers me to service. I call back it goes to voice mail then I call again he answers and before I can explain what happened he says the deal is done. I called the finance manager he lies and acts like nothing happened so I notified Chrysler explained what happened. They said that they go by what the dealer tells them. So I tell them it's no way I can afford that payment the dealership refuses the truck back and a couple months later it gets repossessed . My credit is ruined and it's had domino effect on all of my finances. BEWARE of this dealership.! I have bought numerous cars before this is the first I've ever been scammed like this.
