    I purchased a new 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid from Bernardi Toyota in Framingham, MA on September 17, 2025, and received the vehicle on September 24, 2025. Upon delivery, I discovered that the rear windshield was scratched due to improper installation of the rear wipers, clearly indicating a pre-delivery inspection failure. When I brought the car back to the dealership for diagnosis, they removed the wipers in front of me, with the metal parts still improperly installed, and then reinstalled them. Despite this clear evidence of their fault, the staff tried to claim that the damage could have been caused by me. The dealership refused to repair the scratched windshield and failed to take responsibility for delivering a brand-new vehicle in unacceptable condition. It is unacceptable to deliver a brand-new vehicle with preventable damage and refuse to address the issue, while attempting to shift blame to the customer. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a professional, reliable, and trustworthy car-buying experience.

Their prices are always fair, and they have never once tried to take advantage of me or upsell unnecessary work. As a woman, that level of honesty and respect means a lot. Last week, I went in for a routine oil and filter change. I usually wait there because they have a comfortable waiting area with coffee and TV. I had been extremely busy with work and running on very little sleep. After I left, I must have accidentally dropped my credit card outside their building. Not long after I left, they called me to let me know they had found my credit card outside and safely held onto it until I could come back and pick it up. That kind of honesty and kindness is rare these days. Thank you so much to everyone at Ron's Tire & Service Shop for always taking such great care of both me and my car. It's hard to find a business you can truly trust, and I am very grateful for all of you. Highly recommend!

The 2007 Honda Odyssey EX-L is an older Honda that I know will run forever if properly maintained. As I have always kept it maintained. Since we donated it to our theater company we can't spend money on "nice to have" fixes, but focus on safety and drive-ability fixes (thus why my rear wiper was never fixed - maybe you can give me have a good deal on the repair :-)). Francisco never tried to upsell me, nor did he or anyone at Sullivan Tire look down on me or the van for being too old to repair. He communicated my issues to the tech who was competent in his work and more importantly understand what was wrong with the van based on Francisco's input from my lengthy and patient conversations. I understand a battery drain is a tricky job to diagnose. I was very hesitant to do the job and considered the van going the way of the junk yard, as a "battery drain" can easily mean a "wallet drain". The process required a lot of time and patience from both the tech and the customer. When I wanted to take the car for the day and bring it back, Francisco gave me an honest assessment and told me it could undo some of the troubleshooting work that is currently underway. I am glad I left the van for over a week listened to their advice. Sullivan Tire has the customer in mind, but also needs to have what is best for the vehicle in mind too - regardless of the customer's preference. I respect that, and that is what makes a good mechanic a great mechanic. It is a tough industry to be in, with rising parts costs, hotter summers and colder winters, or vehicles are under a lot of strain and great mechanics are needed more than ever for an older vehicles to run right. As I can sense that the repair was done right - based on that unspoken feeling, as the windows roll down a little more faster, starting up is a little quicker, the van is much more responsive and back to its old self again! The van now runs and rides (from recently new tires from Sullivan) unlike a vehicle that is almost 20 yrs old with 235,000 miles on it. It's a Honda that was built at a time when quality mattered.
