I take my car here for maintenance and I have never had an issue. Vivien and the mechanics are very professional and friendly. While waiting I received a personalized video of my car and the work the mechanics were doing on it, and what the next steps would be. They were honest about everything and coming from a motorhead family, I really appreciate that. They are expensive but I think that is standard for dealerships, but at least I know the proper work is done and I have peace of mind. read more

Took my new Prius Prime here twice for the free new car maintenance service, which basically consists of an oil change and tire rotation. The first time they seriously overfilled the crankcase. The second time wasn't so bad, but still overfilled. The first time the tire warning light started coming on after a few days, and eventually stayed on until, about a month later, I finally figured out how to reset it after checking my tire pressure several times to make sure I did not have a real problem. The second time the tires seemed ok for a while until the weather got a little cold and the warning light came on again. I stopped once to make sure I didn't have a flat, then again to measure my tire pressures, when I found they were all very low. In other words, they had underinflated all of them. This is routine, simple stuff! Now that I used up the new car freebie services I will never go back here again. I only gave them a two star and not a one star because at least the service writers were polite. read more

Brought my 08 Highlander in for an abs issue they had found that it was the abs pump they replaced the pump with my aftermarket warranty company I picked up the vehicle couple days later the light came on again they told me it was a programming issue and the reprogrammed the abs computer and said it was fixed picked it up the next day light came on again they told me that the ground harness had water in it and causing to much resistance going to the pump they cleaned out the water and and charged me 322.00 saying that it was due from a recent accident which I told them was in September and it all started after the first snow storm and told me it was all set the next day the light came on again they checked it and said they added a ground wire to help with grounding unit from light coming on so far no light coming on my issue is that they should of checked the harness the first time it was there and they would have found the problem but it was on the 3rd visit when they said that harness had water in it I feel that I should not have been charged the 332.00 since they did not diagnose it correct I think that I will find a different dealership to bring my vehicle to the service writer did a good job I do not blame him I blame the company that they won't admit that they did not diagnose it correct read more

I bought a RAV4 from here. They said the cabin filter was replaced. I brought some snow tires and wheels in to get mounted, they said I needed a new cabin filter. I had to come back to get the filter changed, waited an hour. This is horrible service read more

I've been taking my Prius here because it is the closest Toyota dealer, but no more. On two of three visits for scheduled maintenance, which are short jobs, the car has been finished but they have not notified me while I was sitting in the waiting room. If I hadn't gone to check and seen the car waiting to go I would probably still be there now. On the last occasion the representative who checked me in was nowhere to be found and the woman I got to help me was curt and unapologetic. I understand that people need to take breaks or go to lunch, but they should turn the responsibility for their clients' cars over to someone who remains on duty. Apparently not at Bernardi Toyota in Framingham. You would be wise to take your car somewhere that's better run even if it's further away. read more

Del Silva- the salesman and John Gonçalves- the finance guy had no communication skills among themselves. I'm very disappointed with the costumer service provided by this location and by these two guys. They had me sign the title on the wrong place, which delayed the process; they were very dismissive and arrogant and I will NEVER purchase a car with these people again. At the end, they registered my car with the wrong color. Now I have to go back again to try to once again fix another mistake of theirs. read more

I bought a new Rav4 at this dealership ( and this is not my first new car purchase from them ) however their 2 year maintenance is pure BS! I had my oil changed ( 5000 ) as the message on my car asked me to do, no issues! I received a video of my car and thought wow this is great! Second message, (10,000 ) made appointment service was not great, I let it slide as perhaps someone was having a bad day! Third message, ( 15,000 ) service SUCKED! I had scheduled a 15,000 mile service, and not only was my oil NOT changed, my tire pressure was NOT checked, three tires were 34 , one was 20! And my video was of the wrong car, plus before my car was even brought into the service bay the cocky/rude service advisor told me my car needed a 220.00 wheel balance and alignment! All bull shit ! When i checked the tire pressure, and saw it was so low I called and inquired what they filled it up to , they said it is usually 34 .. ok but maybe they forgot really???? I then asked about the oil change, and that's when I was told it wasn't done! Somehow it didn't need an oil change but it needed without cause or complaint a wheel alignment ! Bullshit. I can tell you that 2021 I was going to upgrade into will NOT be from this dealership! Sales are pretty good to deal with, service sucks! shove your 2 year free BS! read more
