A friend recommended Commons chiropractor center. Before I was injured, I wasn't a believer, I never thought it could help me. In fact, it took me almost 2 months of convincing actually walk into his office. I've been to two other chiropractors prior to that, and they were either too cautious or not strong enough to manipulate what they needed to because my work required a lot of heavy lifting and my muscles were tight . I have to say after the first visit, I noticed a dramatic difference. And it only got better after that. There must be 15 or 20 chiropractors between my home and commons chiropractor center. I tried a could have them until I followed my friend advice. Today I can confidently say I can live quite comfortably with minimal narcotics and I mean virtually nothing. The pain in my back was on and off for multiple years and before I went it was actually causing me to curve forward to relieve the pain. However, having had five treatments at Barefoot, my pain level has subsided by about 60% and considering my progress, over the course of several more treatments, I feel my pain will be alleviated completely. I am amazed and could not be more grateful for having gone to Barefoot rehab. I would recommend them to anyone who has experienced chronic pain and has not been able to get relief. For me I feel I have regained my life back and will be able to go forward doing what I want thanks to the relief I have gotten from Barefoot Rehab.

The only reason I am lowering my review is due to the cost and the fact treatment didn't work for me. The cost was explained very clearly up front- I understood that. Unfortunately I was told the area I needed treatment (we figured out via MRI) hadn't had much success for other patients either. It sucked because I spent well over a thousand dollars to receive treatments that didn't make a difference. I do appreciate Dr. Nicos honesty as he suggested I stop treatment since there was little to no improvement, it was just unfortunate I had to spend so much money to figure that out. But as mentioned, everyone was friendly, professional and I was aware of the cost. I took the risk, and was one that it didn't work for.

My back and neck had progressively deteriorated from an accident the previous year. The nagging pain had become something I could no longer get away from. Staff convinced me to try Dr. Alex. The difference in my back and strength is remarkable after only seeing Dr. Alex for a few weeks! The initial visit was probably the most thorough I have ever had. More importantly, no more pain. Full movement again. After each adjustment, I feel a surge of energy. It sounds cliche to say, but it is as if all parts are connected again. As I became pain free, he demonstrated exercises to strengthen the muscle groups that had weakened, to help prevent further back injury.
