The buffet follows an hour later featuring hand-carved to order beef roast, chicken French, sausage with onions and peppers and a pasta and potato dish. Both salad and ice cream are waitstaff served before and after the buffet. A full bar is in the same room. All the food has been hot and tasty and the experienced staff does everything right. Not a terrible quote but we did not realize at the time that quote was a set minimum. So if our numbers changed we would still be paying for minimum 45 people. Sadly we had a smaller number and still had to pay for the difference. That was confusing and a little upsetting. I also remembered mentioning that I wanted to sub the alfredo for mac and cheese but the day of, no mac and cheese. Other than those things, everything was nice. The tables were set when we arrived. Our dedicated staff were so sweet and helpful! The food was OUTSTANDING. Even the alfredo. The place was clean and tidy. They had no issues with our decorations or anything. Everything was very laid back and all about what we wanted and needed. The staff never made us feel rushed towards the end of our time block or anything. As we cleaned up, they moved in to set up for their next event. It was very nice overall.

One of the main reasons we booked them was because they were the only catering company we could find that encorporated composting. This was a must need for our zero waste wedding but little did we know how great everything else would be. When planning, Kristin offered custom dishes which we immediately jumped on. She and her team replicated our favorite dish from the trip on which we got engaged and it came our delicious! This was such a special option that really set them apart from other caterers. Not to mention, our guests are still raving about how good the food was - some even said they were going to try and replicate it themselves because they enjoyed it that much. Also the bar service was impeccable! Ryan was so wonderful to work with. He helped us create the bar menu to fit all our parents request that still worked in our budget. The kiddos AND adults were smiling and laughing the entire time. First, he is so kind and is a total natural with the kids and making everyone enjoy themselves. Well worth the very affordable price. When I inquired and then booked, he responded immediately. Second, he didn't rush, definitely stayed way longer than he had to. He made sure each kiddo had some attention and help learning some magic tricks (how wonderful he even teaches the kiddos a trick or two). Balloon making is also my favorite. He made my birthday boy feel so loved throughout the entire party. He's also an educator...threw in some nice manners for the kids. Incredibly patient. And some fun jokes that especially made the adults laugh at. Truly a show for everyone! Above all else, he's great for ALL kids. One of my sons has autism, and Rich noticed my son was a little distant and quiet (the noise and crowd size was a little much for him to enjoy). He made sure to include my son and share some time just one on one with him which is absolutely priceless.
