I had to go ask when they would be serving our pizza a few minutes after 8pm. They were like oh, it's here. It's in the warming rack. We didn't know you wanted it. I wasn't made aware that I had to ask for our pizza. Booking an end of the night party basically gave the kids at our party the place to themselves a little after 8pm. Nobody was there except us and the staff. This may change if the place becomes more popular. It is a much smaller venue compared to the trampoline parks in Rochester. One thing our kids said was that there weren't really any long trampolines to bounce on. Overall, it was a success. The glow aspect with the upbeat music definitely made it better for the older kids.I feel this park is geared for the younger kids. Though it is nice to have something closer to home.

You're not allowed to bring any food or drinks in, but they now have enough food options that I think most could find something that works for them. The hot foods like burgers are pretty basic and remind me of school lunches, so they're a bit overpriced for what they are. The apple cider shakeups are the best though, and they also have great apple cider donuts and slushy. Highly recommend. Tickets are pretty expensive. If you're an adult without kids, it might be worth it to buy the full ticket pass (for apple picking and the fun farm area) once if you want to check it out, but in general I recommend buying the apple picking ticket only. You get to pick a bag of apples, take some cute pics in some of the areas set up for that purpose, and check out the pumpkins and the store, where you can buy the apple shakeup and donut. However, I bit the bullet and found the value($23.95 for barnyard tickets and $28.95 including apple picking) to be worthwhile as well as the selection of activities for all ages to be enjoyable. To every member of the staff that we approached, they were all very kind and informative. We got to enjoy the apple cider donuts, apple cider, pumpkin smash, and the ride to the apple orchards. We were surprised to see an event where they drop a large pumpkin high above ground, but it was very cool to watch (and wondered if this was because this was their last weekend of opening!)

There are various productions held throughout their season, starting in a few months. The theater held a summer program for kids. The kids were then in one of the plays held for the public. I choose to see Legally Blonde 2, at Nazreth College. Even though, ran late as it was my first time at Nazreth College, for a performance, staff and patrons were kind in getting us late comers sitted. Talented young kids, look forward to checking out one of there regular productions in the future.

There were just two of us, and it already felt uncomfortable. If the table had been full, it would have been extremely tight--likely to the point where we would have left. I appreciate the effort from the cast, but clearer, more honest communication about both the type of production and the seating arrangement would make a big difference.

The price was higher than I was expecting for something in Rochester (about $40 per person), but we got our money's worth thanks to getting onto so many rides across a six-hour stay. The level of carelessness from staff and the lack of concern for small children on school trips was unacceptable. Tickets were purchased weeks in advance through the schools, yet despite rides repeatedly closing--or never opening at all--Seabreeze refused to offer rain checks and simply pointed everyone to their policy. After spending hundreds of dollars, many families left unhappy, disappointed, and soaking wet. It's frustrating to feel like customer experience and fairness take a backseat to profits, especially when so many children were affected. After today, I'd strongly recommend taking your money elsewhere. A little compassion and accountability would have gone a long way. Seabreeze needs to do better.
