The attendant would not let me refuel at 10:50pm which is 10 mins until they close (which I had no idea about). I was totally out of fuel and worried I was going to stall out of gas. As I pulled in...I noticed a young lady doing something to each pump. When I realized she was putting padlocks on the pumps. I asked her "Are you closing?" She said yes. Then I asked "Can I pimp gas?". She said "NO". Not even a sorry or a kind no. Just a hurried "NO". I called her the B word because I was panicking I was on E. I later regretted calling her a B because even though she was in the wrong, I am better than that. I believe this place is unprofessional and they have no customer service skills. I am going to come back before they close next time and start pumping and stay past 11pm...and make her wait for me. read more

I love this gas station. I'm going here for years. I'm excited for the redevelopment and most importantly I hope they carry diesel#2. Please do not carry the renewable diesel as I will not be able to go to your gas station any longer because those diesel suck bad for your Vehicle. Normally I come here and everything is hunky dory.... but today I waited 10 minutes for a "shift change", which was just 2 woman arguing in spanish for 10 minutes. A HUGE LINE OF PEOPLE JUST WALKED AWAY.. You should quite possibly use your personal time to hash this stuff out, rather than letting customers walk away angry. read more

A friend of mine's car broke down at the pump. We called AAA but ETA was an hour. The curly haired bottle blond woman at the register came out and demanded we move our car. If you look at us, we are an octogenarian and a tiny woman with a hand in an immobilizer. How can we move a large boat like a mercury marquis??? She was very rude to us stating we were "losing her business". What has happened to common courtesy and customer service? It's not like we did it on purpose. Now this Octogenarian has been a customer of this place for years. Maybe now she can decide to take her business elsewhere and tell her friends as well. Cashier shorted me 12 cents on my payment. I was the farthest pump away and wasn't worth my time but dude needs to learn how to count. The gas is cheaper here than some places but still not as good as Ralph's down the road or Costco. If you pay with credit card they charge 1$. Cash is best to use here but just 4 cents lower than most arcos around. I had another experience here a couple months ago that was terrible customer service from the lady that works here. She gave me super attitude asking to pump air in my tires. Plus again when I said the other side of 4 and she said well I don't know what number that is. I go here about once a month. I go here in the daytime though. The cashier (woman) with glasses is super nice. She always has a smile. The gas prices here are pretty low. Not as low as Arco, but it will do. It could be 3-5 cents more, which isn't bad compared to the brand gas stations. Bottom line: I will be back read more

We get gas here because it's usually a few cents cheaper than Arco. Sometimes the card payment reader on the pump errors out on my debit card and I have to go to the cashier to purchase my gas. That was OK today because I saw they sell 7lbs bags of ice for 1.99, so I had to see the cashier for that anyhow. The ice is just outside the little cashier office and there's a padlock on it, so the cashier comes out and gets the ice for you after you've paid. Had a really nice cashier today :) read more

The worst! Yes it's cheap gas but the service is a zero. Pulled I. For gasoline at 11:15pm, made eye contact with the guy in the booth hen proceeded to get out of the car and put my credit card in the credit card slot. Just as the card is going in, all the lights and gas pumps go dark. WTF! They are closing at 11:15 when the guy knows I'm there! Went in to the booth and asked if he is closed and he said yes, at 11:15pm? Yes. Like my nephew says, " what a D-bag!" Don't bother patronizing this gas station. From the enchanted oil fields in the bush family's mid-summer nights dream to a city where latinos & asian females can have thier westside story romance. oh but what a tragedy greater than the tragedy of debating which are the four great tragedies. Alast, or alask as I like to say, no chips, no sodas, no hot dogs, no nachos, no coffee station, fruit, snacks, wiper fluid, no burgers, no rib sandwiches, no mnms, no snickers? Nope! but, they do have smokes and lotto tickets, if thats all you need, your all good. Plus, so spacious, so much parking area. Lots of space to fill air/water too. Adjecency to Harbor & Whittier blvd, two huge streets. FInally, the gas rocks! so, in spite of what is not there, this station still has many benefits. You cannot dine on yummy food at this place but you can put the gas in your car to drive to it. read more

Ivan stepped out to help wipe the car while he was refilling the fluid which was nice. But he asked if my best friend in the car, who is my age, if she was my sister or my mom. I told him she was my best friend. And he said he thought she looked like an old lady. I almost drove away but stopped and told him that he should never comment on someone's age and that it was very rude. He apologized and asked if I accepted his apology. always the lowest prices. air is free with purchase, but you need to call the number on the machine and enter the code on your receipt. a couple of extra steps, but it is still free. I even called back because I was airing filling up my truck tires, along with topping off 4 bicycles. They restarted the air machine without complaint. Site also sells basic snacks and drinks through the cashier window, has an ATM (outside), and refills propane. I always fill up when heading back up and over the hill. read more

Good worth ethic is lost in America these days . I come to this gas station about every other day and virtually every time there is a sign that says I will be back in 5 to 15 minutes. Friday feb 25th 2022 at 10am me and a total of 4 other customers waited 20 min while the worker was changing the gas prices. Asked her after 20 min of waiting if it's possible we could get help and she responded "ya, like the sign says, when I'm done" so there ya go folks. good work ethic is rare. Real hard to walk 10 yards and back. Every customer walked away and left. but what does she care, it's not her business. read more

They turn off the pumps when they do their shift change and not let their customers know about it. Pay a little bit more and go elsewhere to get your gas. This is the last time I come to this gas station I use to be a loyal customer this was my to go gas station all the time. Well today will be my last, the employee they have "Elizabeth" is the name she gave me is so damn unprofessional, and beyond rude. I always pay with my debit card, but today I had cash so I'm walking to pay, and I'm a bit confused "where do I pay" so I'm looking around, and then I go around and open the back door thinking that's where you go in leave Elizabeth instantly pulls back the door really hard and goes NO NO all rude (mind you this is my first time paying with cash so I had no idea where to pay) anyway I go back in the front and I go hello where do I pay? She doesn't say nothing, again I ask where do I pay? And she rudely says read the sign blah blah blah rather than be professional she's all rude about it. So the sign read they're doing a shift change they will help us in a few mins? Like why couldn't she been more nice and professional about it. I then asked her for her managers number she provided me with a phone number that I don't even know who it belongs too she just wrote the phone number on a paper along with her name and that was it. She also claimed that she was the manager? I'm sure a "manager" doesn't ask so unprofessional, and rude like her. If that's even true, I don't understand how they can have someone like that representing them like that.
