Other known as "Rocket" The car wash here was extremely the worst experience I've ever had to deal with. The lady behind the glass box was kind but she wasn't able to refund the amount I've spent for the wash and told me to wait till Monday but due to my work schedule I'm not able to get the refund and decided to just walk away. Don't waste your money here, they seriously to renovate and improve the car wash. Look for other options. read more

Their gas prices are usually pretty good for the area, so I go to them a lot. But they have a potentially hazardous situation at wheel stop (parking block) at one of the vacuum machines - it is placed too close to the machine and a potential tripping hazard. I actually did trip over it and hurt my hand breaking the fall, and bruised up my leg. Instead of backing my car into the spot to vacuum on the passenger's side, as I've seen most people, mostly men, do... I just pulled the hose to the other passenger's side and was there for awhile. I put money in the machine a couple more times from the passenger's side without having to walk over the wheel stop. It was very shaded where you park your car, and the wheel stop is the same color as the ground, so hard to see and hard to remember it is there. When you put away the hose, you turn around and only take 1 step before the wheel stop comes up. It should be placed further away from the machine, at least for enough walking room. Compare it to the other wheel stop and the other vacuum machine which is placed much further. If anyone else had tripped on that, please contact me. They won't do anything about it unless there are more people that complain about it. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. After the long bouts of rain I came here to wash up my car instead of wasting gas and going to The dealer for my complimentary wash, big mistake! Upon arriving I put $5 in as there are no change machines, first I attempted to use the rinse option which worked fine, when I switched to the highpower soap, that worked also. However when I got to the foam brush, nothing. After several attempts I gave up and just fully rinsed my car and dried with my towels. There are no signs saying where to go if you experience a problem. I went inside and asked the clerk "Erica" if they were the ones that ran the facility and she said yes. I explained my problem to her and we both walked out to Bay number three which she went to do different ones after I informed her that the day that I was in was now being occupied by another customer she came over and looked. She informed me that it looked like the phone was coming out of the brush at that time. I told her at the time that I was using the machine it did not I switched it several times. I explained again that it did not work when I was using it and she had no care and shrugged her shoulders and said "well its working now". When I asked her name so that I can complain to upper management she was very smug, grabbed her name tage and showed me. I thanked her and told her "yes I can read and She went back into her store. I proceeded to take pictures of the problems for yelp and she came out on the phone taking my license plate number down and I asked I I could help her, she again ignored me. I got in my vehicle and left. I cannot believe how customer service has gone out the window. read more

Gas is gas , and this place is always clean. I know it's silly to review, but if you're in an emergency a ton of places don't have good air pumps for your tires. This place is worthy of a review and 5 stars because it's free- and it actually works! Also conveniently located on imperial highway ! read more

Really convenient gas station. Lots of pumps and love the car wash. Free air for your tires if u need it. I always come after work when it's pretty late and not a lot of people there but it's always farst and easy service. Girl that works night shift is always friendly and helpful. read more

Initially I thought, "ehhhh, it a gas station, what's there to review about a gas station?" Then I backed up in to the air machine. I added air to my front tires but them I couldn't reach the rear ones, the hose was too damn short. I jumped in the car an proceeded to flip it around, it was late, dark, and I'm terrible in reverse. Yes, this station is generally clean, convenient, and priced competetively. But the employees here are the worst! Yes, I'm an idiot and locked my keys and personal items in my car while using he car (don't pretend it hasn't happened to you or someone you know). When I asked inside the convenience store if I could use the phone or if someone would call AAA for me, the answer was a flat, "No." when I explained I would have to leave my car in the car wash to walk to get help, the answer was a curt, "Leave it, then." No courtesy. Not any one of three employees in the convenience store would lift a finger to be of any assistance. Too many options to ever use this or any other United Oil gas station, again. Update: So, nearly three weeks (19 days) after calling customer Phillips/76 customer service line to complain about he "service at the station, I got a call back from Union Pacific Oil.. Unfortunately, I missed the call and the United Oil rep had to leave a message on my answering machine. I have come to find it took her all of 3 minutes to fire an email to Phillips customer service noting I wasn't taking her call or responding to her message. Thanks for giving me those 3 minutes, I guess. When I spoke with her today, she informed me the station manager had said she was unable to assist me because she was training a new employee at the time. Is there a greater irony than the fact she could provide good customer service because she was training someone in how to provide customer service at the time? Or, maybe, customer service just isn't in United Oil's employee curriculum? I'll gladly pay the extra 10 cents per gallon one reviewer said he saves here to go to a station were courtesy and decency are ingrained in its employees, particularly managers. As to the parent company (Union Pacific Oil), their customer representative now informs me they will look into complaint, review the security videos, and forward the issue to the district manager. And it's only taken a little less than three weeks! Judging from a number of other reviews here, I won't hold my breath for corrective action. read more

around 5pm on 5/29 I stopped to put gas. I went into the store to pay. there was one person in front of me, then there were two people behind me. the cashier was not in the store. she finally came in and walked into her glass area. she began looking in file drawers and through file boxes. I tapped on the door window to let her know we were waiting to pay for gas. she gave me a nasty look and she opened the door and stood there and said I am the only one person here and I am not a octopus. she was so angry. she then went back into here glass area and begin looking again in drawers and file boxes. four people were still in line waiting. she then came out and was walking towards back of store. the customer waiting for her told her never mind, knowing that there were people waiting for a long time. Cashier then said: "they can wait". she then came out and said they did not have any (whatever she was looking for). Customer said that's okay. Cashier said wait I will give you another ? whatever it was. She then went back to glass door and while opening the door she told the people waiting in line for gas "you call can wait and if you don't like it you can leave. So the customer in front of me and myself left. I went to the Arco station to get gas. The lady was so nasty and rude, I couldn't believe she had spoken to customers that way. She is losing money for 76 station. while I was there it had taken about 15 min. who knows how much longer it took after I left. read more
