The service is super friendly and the store is well stocked and very organized. Easy to find what I was looking for.

I just moved to the Berry Farms area and frequently shop for special items to add to my collection. Very disappointed by the management here. I called in advance looking for a specific bottle of whiskey and was told by Chelsie that I needed to "come in and look for myself" as she couldn't confirm if they had it in stock, then she hung up on me as I was attempting a second question. I thought maybe the connection was bad so I immediately called back and she answered again, this time even more rude and snippy as I tried to explain that I have mobility issues and it would be very appreciated if she could help, but I never got the full statement out of my mouth before she hung up on me again! If I could give them no stars I would. Vince was a complete and utter jerk and would not sale me alcohol based on the fact that my 19 year old touched something so he just automatically assumed that he would be drinking I guess so refused to sale me what I wanted. I am a 47 year old respectable female who lives in Berry Farms, and rarely even drink myself, but felt like something to help while I recover from surgery. I do not let my underage age children drink and who the hell ever made you god or gives you the right to assume otherwise. I will never give you my money or business again. You are a pathetic excuse for a human being and I cannot believe the way you treated us. Even saying you refused service to us in the future and would call the cops if we didn't leave. Wow. Unbelievable. Management: I would highly recommend not taking this lightly as there are several negative reviews regarding Vince and his poor service. I suggest you look into this and have one less employee there. Seems to me, Vince upsets a lot of your customers. Another customer in the store at the same time could not believe how we were being treated. They almost put their items back. Update: this just gets better: I knew no one was going to call me back to provide me with the management or owners name so I just called and talked to a manager by the name of Allen. He was just as rude and his words to me were "I don't care if people stop shopping with us, I don't care who shops here or not, we have plenty of people that shop here and keep us in business" Wow, this very much disgusts me. I hope that future customers who receive bad service from them let it be known, as this seems to be a pattern of theirs. Very sad especially for Berry Farms. read more

Overpriced and poor customer service. I had the same experience as the review from 7 days ago. I went in without a mask (because I have a working brain) and grab a few things (better beer and wine) even though it was pricier than other places. After putting my credit card in the card card device, I received a lecture from the gentleman behind the counter that he'd refuse service next time I came in without a mask. Interesting that he waited till after he had my money to lecture me. I will not be returning. read more

Grumpy ass old man working there was no help when asking if they had larger sized bottles of water. "What we have out is what we got" with a mean ass scowl on his face. Well damn sir, I've never been in your small ass store before to know exactly what it is you do or don't have. Also was no help when asking for a grocery store nearby that might still be open. Well, I use to frequent here...some good days, some bad. Service is never consistent, and in an area like Berry Farms, you would think the store owner would want quality employees who will bring repeat business. Today I personally witnessed another customer being harassed and treated poorly and unfairly for no good reason. I was almost about ready to put my items back and walk out, and I actually feel quilts that I didn't. The employee by the name of Vince was not helpful nor pleasant. There was nothing this kind family was doing wrong for them to deserve his harsh unprofessional outburst. These were decent people who live here in Berry Farms, and I was quite shocked and appalled how Vince handled the situation. I feel that a business thrives on repeat customers, and I for one will not be returning to this place. I will drive further for better service and to make a point that you need to treat your customers better or they will take their money elsewhere. I have been in here before and I agree that he is not their best employee. I agree with many of the reviews stating service is not great, he can be rude and grumpy and seems to care less whether you are there are not. We are a tight community here in Berry Farms. We stand together and I would like to recommend to others that you stop buying from them and take your money where it will be more appreciated, even if you have to drive a little further. To the mom that came in this evening, all I can say is that you did nothing wrong and I am truly appalled with the way you were treated. This was in no way handled professionally or ethically. To Vince, you have lost a couple of customers. You should honestly be fired at this point. It must suck paying the electric bill for fridges that don't even work I've been in there multiple times looking for a cold case of beer and every time I was welcomed with tasty, warm beer. Gotta love it. I haven't had any bad experiences with this "Vince" guy everyone is talking about. The lady that works there was nice and helpful. read more

I was headed to Nashville for a bachelorette party and couldn't find the Bride's favorite tequila- Casamigas Respados. I called and the service was super. They had what I was looking for and were pleasant to deal with. Clean store with a great selection of booze. read more

So I'm on this cross country roadtrip LA to TN and back. Took my mom to the Jack Daniels in Lynchburg and my buddy saw it on IG and wanted a bottle of green label. Headed back home I searched and found Berry Farms. Jay said they had it so I stopped by. Gigantic selection of whiskey and Jay was good enough to provide a sample of some Belle Meade! They even have taps of 12 or 14 beers to fill growlers! read more

I actually checked this place out because it was nearby and the reviews from Trumpers crying because they had to wear a mask here once intrigued me. Extremely friendly and quick service. I'd ignore the reviews from the woman stupid enough to bring a child into a liquor store. Berry Farms is a very wealthy area with lots of spoiled and entitled customers read more

The elderly gentleman was very rude. He denied service out of disbelief of my ID. I'm 22 years old with a Tennessee license. He didn't even welcome us as we walked in the establishment. Love this liquor store but unfortunately will not return as long as he is working. read more

Great selection of wines and liquor, and staff is super friendly and helpful. They will give you good cocktail recipes to try and will give solid recommendations. read more
