We're very professional and prompt but I was not impressed by the quality of the clean. Specifically book a deep clean so they would cover baseboard and they did not. Visible debris left on the floor. I called and they were able to come back and clean the baseboard and redo the floors and said they had a faulty vacuum cleaner (no mention of this before they left the first time). I did end up getting ~$50 back but still ended up spending over ~$300 for a deep clean where the things listed we're not done and I had to micromanage to get thing to an acceptable place. read more

It's the little things for me. I just moved into this condominium and because of my schedule, taking the time to "deep clean" was not an option. To Yelp I went. When I made my appointment I was very specific that the focus of the cleaning should be the bathroom and kitchen. Whoever cleaned before I moved in did a terrible job. Even with the focus on those two rooms I feel like no initiative was taken. Kim came to my residence. She was very nice and professional. I stayed while she cleaned as I work from home. I pointed out a couple things that really bothered me and wanted her to focus on in the bathroom and kitchen. She explained that certain things would not be spotless due to wear and tear. I understood and asked her to do the best she could. Though she focused on those things I asked her to other areas were missed. The pictures show a few of the specific areas I pointed out to Kim. If you look carefully in some of those areas you can see it's still dirty. I'm not dissatisfied but I'm not 100% satisfied. This was my first time using a cleaning company. After 2 days of searching I made my decision to go with this company for two reasons. They were the cheapest and minority (black) owned. Now I wonder if I would've paid a little more would the results be the same? **Not a big deal but worth mentioning** The $1 charge showed up after I booked my appointment. I figured it was just a hold until the full balance was paid. As you can see in the picture it was not. I thought maybe the next day I would receive a call or message from the owner about the mistake and that she would refund my $1 but NOTHING. When I noticed it was no longer a pending charge I charged it to the game as "Kim can have it as her tip". LOL read more

Very professional with great systems in place but I would not recommend them for Airbnb cleanings. We cleaned for 1 hour after they were done. It's probably best to have someone at the home with them making sure everything is up to par. They did not clean the floors, did not vacuum and they put dirty towels back on the rack for the next guest. read more

I hired this company for a move-in clean on 06/10/22. One of the cleaners, Kim, showed up ahead of time (which I had no issue with) and patiently waited in her car until the scheduled time to come in and clean. Upon entry, she informed me that the other person who was to assist her in cleaning was running late due to traffic which was understandable. I then proceeded to show her throughout the house and she had commented that it seemed like the previous owners may had already had someone come in and clean which I informed her I didn't know if it was cleaned before or not but preferred hiring someone myself that way I would know for sure the job had been done. We went through each room and I pointed out areas that needed to be targeted and she also informed me on some tough spots throughout the house that she wasn't sure they would be able to get at with the products they use but that they would try. At this time, I also expressed how the bathrooms and kitchens were the most important areas for me. I stated this many times and Kim understood repeating it back to me several times. I then left the property so that Kim could begin her work and awaited for her to call me once done. About 30 minutes out from being done, Kim called me and informed me the second cleaner never showed due to some car issue, I believe, and a replacement had been sent but had only arrived just 30 minutes before so, essentially, it sounded like Kim cleaned almost the entire home by herself. Once I arrived, we went through the house and Kim showed me areas that she couldn't get cleaned like some dusting in light fixtures due to how they were shaped, some small rust on an appliance, etc. I also went though myself and inquired about some areas that I felt could have gotten better attention. Two days later, as I have been having things moved into the home, my husband and I are noticing areas that seem to have been neglected. Last night I noticed some dust/dirt left on the edge of the tub, this morning there was some on some cabinets, corner pockets in the windows still have dirt and dust. Overall, it's just looking like a subpar cleaning and I don't know if it's because essentially one person cleaned the entire house or if the thought was it had already been cleaned so not much effort had been put in to cleaning but the service I received was definitely not worth what I spent and I would not use this company again nor recommend them to anyone. read more

I woke up on Friday morning and decided I needed professional help cleaning my house, it was a disaster. I called MULTIPLE businesses and Berry Swift was able to send someone out the SAME DAY! Kim arrived wearing her mask and did a quick tour and evaluation of the areas I needed her help with. I was slightly worried that she was alone and my house was SO messy. I trusted Kim in my house as I had to be at work and by the time I came back home to see the job, I was thoroughly impressed. Her keen attention to detail and ability to clean places other people would miss just showed me why I will continue using this company. I didn't even mention my refrigerator being cleaned but when I opened it, she had done it. I found berry swift after our last housecleaner cancelled on us for the second time in a row. Due to our heavy travel schedules we tend to get a cleaner in here every 3 months. By far the best. I used a friends account to log in and find a cleaner as I am not used to yelp yet but I'm so happy I did. I don't know how the other cleaners are with berry swift but I recommend you ask for "Kim" I was highly impressed with the attention to detail she gave and I will be asking for her every time now.
