I have had terrible service from Southern Maryland Heating and Air, and had to fix nearly everything they touched, but Winters technicians are sharp and they do great work. I figured it was under warranty so why not and the technician said I would "get my money back, well most of it". RED FLAG - I should have asked for an explanation. So my card was charged for $590. The office just called and said they credited back to my card $343! and they pocketed $247!! (for "shipping and labor").
